All Star Physical Therapy

All Star PT did an amazing job getting my muscles back in shape after frozen shoulder surgery. Several weeks into therapy I suffered a set-back of tight muscles. Dave suggested dry needling which was a game changer and quickly put me back on track towards a full recovery. Dave is extremely knowledgeable and used several techniques to ensure an overall great outcome.

OWCP send me to Dr. Qing-Min Chen for a third option . he was so far off from the other orthopedic surgeons I don't think he even knew what he was looking at. I think OWCP knows this physician well and knows what the outcome is go to be before going. He is a horrible DR. he has bad bed side manner, rude does not listening to anything to have say about your injury. Comes to his own conclusion with a diagnosis, Not even close to being correct. I have been injury for 4 years with a tendon torn. He tried to say it was the muscle not the tendon he told tell me I had tennis elbow. This guy should not be practicing medicine. Maybe that is why he is working out of a Physical therapy Office. OWCP had me drive 80 miles to go see the guy that tells me something right there.

I injured my hip skiing back in December. After trying to fix it myself, I’m a chiropractor, and being adjusted and getting massages, my hip just wasn’t “right”. I scheduled an appointment with David, who did a thorough exam of my hip. After the exam, he suggested dry needling and I felt as good as I had since the injury. I also refer patients to David and he has done an amazing job with each of them. Everyone comes back raving about how much he has helped them. I highly recommend All Star Physical Therapy!

I was seen by a Dr. Qing-Min Chen for a second opinion on my Federal Workers Comp (OWCP) case. This man is in OWCP back pocket. He completely ignored and disregarded any of the facts or evidence provided to him. His entire report contradicted its self, and in the end he wrote down what OWCP wanted him to write. For example, he wrote that I can stand for 2 hrs, walk for 2 hrs, and drive a company vehicle. I got a ride to the appointment, because I can not drive with my broken right foot, how am I gonna drive a Mail Truck? He stated that I can not climb, but that I can climb in and out of a mail Truck carrying huge packages, climb up into the back of the truck, load the truck and run a full mail route. I am using a walker to hold my self up, if both of my hand are on the walker, how am I suppose to lift and carry tubs of mail and packages to and from a mail truck to the mail boxes or to people front doors? I have broken bones that healed improperly and is digging into and chipping away at the bones next to it along with nerve damage that cause my foot to turn dark purple and convulse when I stand walk or apply pressure to it. The longest I have been able to stand in Physical Therapy is 3 min and that is while holding onto a bar on the wall. But he stated that I can walk and stand for 2 hrs unassisted. The only thing he did during the exam was take the temperature of my feet, which were different and measured my calf's which were different. He has to see you and do some type of an exam to legally lie for OWCP on the paperwork. If OWCP sends you to this man, just know he is not unbiased and your case and evidence does not matter at all. He will write down things that are physically impossible for you to do, and OWCP will state that you are not in compliance and stop paying you. If you get sent to this man it is because OWCP does not want to pay you anymore. In my opinion all of these contradictions are proof that he lies and makes up stuff for OWCP benefit. And if not then he is missing brain cells that causes him to be incompetent. So which is it dirty lying cheat in OWCP's back pocket or incapable of performing work as a doctor?

Once again David has helped me return to full functionality. All Star Physical Therapy has seen me through 2 knee replacement, shoulder surgery and a car accident effecting my back. I've been coming here since 2013. The site is easy to park and get inside. Individual care is always there. And I've never had an issue with insurance/ billing. I've used All Star PT for all of my PT needs for over 15 years. I just recently finished therapy for a dislocated and broken ankle. You get one-one treatment with Dave. He has also treated my son and helped him get back to his sport quickly when injured. I cannot recommend Dave enough if you need PT treatment.

I have struggled with Plantar Fasciitis for over eight years. About two months ago, the pain in my left heel started to affect my walking. I was referred to Dave by the Veterans Administration. He has worked my tendons and showed me a number of exercises that have significantly eased the pain and recently allowed me to walk over thirty miles in one week on hard concrete. I am extremely grateful for his help, which has given me back my mobility. I strongly recommend his services. He knows what he is doing. You will not be disappointed.

My experience with ALL S.T.A.R. Physical Therapy has been excellent. I have seen Dave on multiple occasions for back, leg and hip issues, some of which were not straight forward to treat.
