All Star Physical Therapy

I’ve been coming here since December and I appreciate the help that has given to me in terms of becoming stronger with my shoulder recovery. Pete and his team are great and enthusiastic. They also have a pool and other amenities. Some days can be busier than other but I feel each session is worth it to return back to my original baseline of health. If you are looking for a physical therapy place, I would recommend this place to anyone.

I’ve had an amazing experience with All Star Physical Therapy in Vista. I’ve worked with PT, Pete Lorenz and he has been so helpful, patient and kind. I came in with neck and back issues that made it difficult for me to even sit or do basic activities. PT Pete listened to me and gave me stretches and exercises that really helped me improve. He is super knowledgeable! He and the assistants gave me hope, even on days when I felt overwhelmed with the pain and process. I always was greeted with smiling faces at the front desk, and saw a fully cohesive team here. All of the assistants I’ve worked with have been awesome. I could shout each of them out. Everyone genuinely cares here and shows you that your health journey is a priority. I’ve be comforted in a process full of unknowns. It is a humbling journey, but I feel like I’ve been equipped & reassured by the whole team. I have made so much progress, and I am excited to keep getting stronger. I am grateful for all of your dedication and care! Def recommend coming to this location.

VERTIGO After a fall in March and the crystals in my ear loosening, the room would spin every time I lay down and I was dizzy and nauseous most of the time. It was an awful feeling. After seeing Brandon at All Star the first time, he explained to me what was happening in my ears, why things were spinning and what needed to be done, the spinning stopped! After our first visit! Understanding what causes it and how to fix is made me feel like there was hope to return to normal. Then, during the remainder of my sessions he worked with me on getting my balance back. The staff was adorable, helping me to do my exercises, catching me when I needed catching, getting my weeks exercises printed out for me, and so sweet. I can start riding my bike and paddle boarding again and I feel like I got my life back. Thank you Brandon for your professionalism and knowledge, and thanks to your assistants Sara and Adriana.

I cannot thank Dr. Chelsea and the team of physical therapists that have helped me on my path of healing from my disc surgery. She really cares about her patients and helping them get better. Night and day to when I first started there. She did a great job at explaining to me what was going on in my back and what I need to do to improve my flexibility and strength via a specific workout and stretch routines designed for me. Thanks again Dr. Chelsea for all the help!!!

I have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Stephen Nolan for several months and have made so much progress! He has great bedside manner, is warm and knowledgeable, and his humor and positivity made the sessions enjoyable. He took the time to help me and explain exercises, make sure I was doing them with proper posture, and guided me through my recovery. The staff here is wonderful, upbeat, helpful, and cheerful. Highly recommend coming here for physical therapy! And I highly recommend seeing Nolan, as he’s called there, because he’ll be a great addition to your recovery and life while you’re healing and will help you through this journey with laughter.

Came here after a fall injury. The staff was friendly, Brandon (my therapist) was super knowledgeable and I felt more reassured by him than even my own Primary Care Dr. I saw improved mobility over the course of my 6 sessions. My only feedback is that scheduling can be tricky because they are so busy. They also schedule to see multiple patients at once, so be prepared to be patient throughout your appointment!

Going to physical therapy for the first time is a little intimidating. But at All Star Physical Therapy you truly in the best hands. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Location is clean and spacious. After 4 visits with Brandon and the team my pain went down significantly! They really do care about you and your wellness and provide you what you need to help yourself in the future. Literally no complaints, they deserves 10 stars.

I went to All Star for PT post total knee replacement. They were amazing! They hit that perfect balance of pushing me enough, but not too much. With their help, I was able to exceed my post-surgical goals for range of motion and strength. Nolan and Pete are outstanding PTs and all of the staff is a pleasure to work with. I can't recommend them enough!
