First bad experience its when after I wait very long for my 1st time to see the therapist she cancel my app almost at the time off my appointment with a incredible excuse

Amazing staff! Clean, professional, friendly and engaging -- I never expected to interact with such a caring staff. Teresa is an amazing physical therapist. I came here as a recommendation from my doctor for back pain, which actually turns out to be a hip issue. I've only been here two times because of my work schedule, and she has done an amazing job at exploring the cause of my pain as well as explaining to me how and why it's causing me pain. It's thanks to her that I am experiencing less pain and becoming more mobile now that I understand what I can do to strengthen the muscles around my hips. You can tell the all the therapists care about their patients - I came in before 9am and the therapists with patients were engaging in active conversations. And the receptionist is friendly! She will chat with patients that are waiting to be seen and greets everyone warmly. I look forward to my visits here, and I recommend coming here if you are seeking physical therapists that make the most out of your visits, especially if you're only able to come in for a short time.

After prolonging a complete knee replacement way overdue, I finally pulled the trigger on it at 65 years old. That being said, that operation is actually performed in the morning and barring any complications you are leaving the hospital within a couple hours post surgery. When I arrived home I was thinking well that wasn't bad at all and instead of retiring to bed or a comfortable recliner I carried on my usual routine like normal, big mistake . Although they have got the time down to under 2 hours, it is a very invasive surgery and following the post op instructions no matter how you might think your doing is HIIGHLY Recommended. I was referred to Allstar for 16 sessions by the Orthopedics surgeon who performed my op. Upon arriving I was greeted by the receptionist in a friendly professional manner and the check in I found was very uncomplicated and after minimal paperwork your therapist then comes to get you and politely introduces herself and your therapy begins. I immediately felt this person was very well trained and knowledgeable about what would most benefit me most. As she was attending my knee I took the opportunity to ask several questions about my limitations and what and when I would be able to safely start doing certain things, ie; kneeling, lifting limitations, and what time frame my complete recovery would take...... I am more than grateful for her patience and understanding in addressing my concerns. After only two sessions completed I now understand the importance of the exercises performed and what I can expect in the recovery process. Five stars and my personal recommendation to choose this facility for your P.T. needs. Thank you staff for the job you perform and the professionalism in which you do so. Respectfully R.L. Omg, what a difference. I absolutely love this office. PT Rey Aquino was so awesome. He did a full examination, looked over my medical files and explained a treatment plan. During my first visit Rey found some other minor issues that needed to be corrected before continuing with my spinal issues. No other PT has done these things. I would like to thank all of the staff at this office and Colleen(patient advocate) for referring me to this office.

Both my wife and myself have had great experiences at San Jacinto. Great staff.
