This place is amazing , the therapist are very knowledgeable and helpful . They take their time when answering questions and make my 14 year old daughter comfortable. They treat her with respect and will be back in the future if needed . Also making appointments is easy . The receptionist is so sweet in person and over the phone . Thanks ALL STAR !

I was assigned to All start therapy after a rotator cuff and tendons replacement. And I absolutely love this place. Edith, who works at the front counter is so amazing and kind always very accommodating and treats everybody with true concern. I am also blessed to be working with Mark he is an amazing physical therapist is sincerely concerned about my healing and takes time to explain every process with me. I highly recommend Mark as your therapist. I won’t see another one. He is amazing.

I came in for a back injury and they have been helping me with stretches and massages 2 times a week for the last 2 months. Mark is absolutely amazing super personable and caring for what each individual’s problem is! Big shout out to Tim and Caleb as well they have been super helpful in my recovery

Very pretty photos are prominently posted on the website. Those are the bio pics that will display initially for any of the All Star locations. If you Google All Star at any location these pics appear. Seems like a bait and switch to me. No word on their services. If I find any issue this early in a search I move on to the next listing.

This was very disappointing. There were so many people in the tiny area. The girl that started with me was very nice , but disappeared after initial contact. Soon a gal wandered in and started having me do exercises without explaining how or what they were for. She would wander out then wander back with more exercises. My husband helped me more than they did. I received no instructions to follow at home . We left and they didn’t even know. I had broken my leg in 2 places plus my ankle , so this was not easy for me.i know I am just an old 73 year old lady to them but I am still a person with some feelings. I will not go back there .

The one thing to appreciate out of this office would be the personalities. Every individual Staff Member is extremely kind. Sadly, that would be the extent of the experience. Just as mentioned in a previous review, too many participants for this size office. There's a great amount of juggling for all PT's and Aids, you're never working with the same person each visit, sometimes a switch happens in the midst of your visit. Office space is quite small for all activity, exercises are often done at the front desk, with the Receptionist basically staring at you. This may sound ridiculous but, ABSOLUTELY true, unfortunately. Scheduling is inconsistent so, it was no surprise that I wrapped up my last week of therapy in the same condition as my first visit. Hopefully this specific practice will get things better aligned, and maybe some Seasoned Therapists would lend this group a hand.

My wife had a severe stroke 5 years ago and has been going to All Star therapy for over a year. The staff are professional and busy! Clean environment too. A special shout out to Christina Ruelas for paying extra special attention to my wife and being so patient.
