I had a left knee replacement surgery and I’ve been getting my therapy from this facility All Star Physical Therapy in Rancho Cucamonga. From Jeff the Managing Therapist who makes rounds, keeping an eye over his patients as they’re getting their personalized respective therapies, to Abby and the rest of the Therapy Assistants who are all equally caring, respectful, attentive, professional…All Star Physical Therapy in Rancho Cucamonga is top of My Recommended Physical Therapists List.

The staff at this facility are by far the most highly professional, friendly, hard working individuals, from the physical therapists, to the assistants, as well as the manager who is always available to assist with any concerns. I highly recommend this place. I started physical therapy for a right knee replacement three weeks ago and I am so pleased with the care from all of the above individuals ! I’m improving slowly but surely! Special thanks to John (therapist) and Abby his assistant!

I started physical therapy at this location a month post-surgery (after an ACL and meniscus surgery), feeling very nervous due to stories I'd heard from friends about PT. From the beginning, John and Jeff created a safe and supportive environment, which extends to the entire team. The physical assistants, including Abby, Mikaela, JC, Randall, Jordan, and others, have provided great care. Each team member is knowledgeable, caring, and attentive. Always with a smile, open to conversation and getting to know their patients. You feel welcomed right from the start as you open the door and meet Javier. Physical therapists John, Jeff, and John Y. who have been fantastic. They take time to answer my questions, explain exercises, and track my progress. I can see they love the work that they do and they care about each patient that walks in the door. They have been my cheerleaders every step of the way! I've experienced significant improvements in my flexibility, strength, and balance thanks to everyone's help. I am extremely grateful that I was referred to this location. They have made my recovery easier, and I feel confident in their care. I highly recommend them.

The staff, from the front office to the therapists, are phenomenal! It's easy to schedule appointments and to get my referrals submitted. My therapists are caring and proactive in keeping my therapy current, meaning that they adjust my goals and protocols each time I attend. They don't just take notes and wait for the nth visit to assess and then adjust. My progress is actively noted and modified, if necessary, with each session. (And, remember, it's always more effective if you're doing your exercises at home daily. If you're not seeing the progress you want, check that box first before you blame it on 'therapy's not working.') I've seen a vast improvement in my flexibility, strength, and balance because of All Star. I'm very particular (really, critical lol) of how people perform their jobs; and my therapists at All Star are very experienced, conscientious about their role in my healing, and want to see me be done with therapy! That's how you truly know you've found good care: they want you to be independent and healed/healing with the knowledge of how to safely continue to improve on your own. Suspect care is when you've received scant relief or have seen littl to no improvement in whatever areas pertaining to you, and they keep trying to get interminable visits for you. THOSE facilities aren't helping you; they're helping themselves ($$$). If you have a choice for therapy in the area, choose All Star.

Hey Fam, So I recently had two knee surgeries and have been receiving PT at All Star Physical Therapy. Prior to my knee surgeries I had elbow surgery and didn’t have a great experience at another PT office. When I came across and experienced the love and care from All Star PT, I was very impressed. All of the staff here is amazing! Priyanka, the physical therapist is awesome as well as John and Abbey. If you’re getting or in need of PT I highly highly recommend All star physical therapy. Not only do they care and guide you through your recovery they’re very personable and seem to really value their patients. Thanks All star staff for all you do! 🙏🏼
