All Star Physical Therapy

Great experience! Rae and his team were caring, courteous, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Instructions were clear and the PT were consistent in process. The facility was clean and well-equipped. Absolutely recommend!

I had an amazing experience at All Star Physical Therapy. Rae, the physical therapist, and Itzel, the physical therapist aide, provided exceptional care. Their expertise, professionalism, and genuine concern for my well being made my rehabilitation process enjoyable. The facility is well-equipped, clean, and the entire staff is friendly. Highly recommend for anyone in need of excellent care.

I called 3 weeks prior to my surgery to make an appointment, I even provided them with my authorization number. They told me they couldn’t make me an appointment because the manager or supervisor had to retrieve the authorization and then they’d call me…. They never called me back so I called them a couple fads after my surgery, they gave me the same answer. I decided to call my surgeons office and have my authorization routed to a different facility. All Star finally called me 2 weeks after my surgery to schedule me but they are 4 weeks out! Lol I kindly told her that I decided to go somewhere else and she apparently Grou mad and said “ whatever” and going up the phone. Very glad I didn’t go there. Even my surgeon said he did not like them.

10/10. Everyone at All-Star are exactly that. From the receptionist to all the therapists everyone is caring and great at their profession.
