My wife attended PT regarding her finger. She went through our insurance company and had her last session earlier this year, Jan. 2024. She paid her copayment on each and every occasion and thought she paid everything in full. Almost a half year goes by and today, we received a bill. We call the billing department and discover that additional treatments were listed but not performed during the PT sessions. These treatments were not provided but later charged and added to the bill. Of course the insurance paid for the services charged, but we had to pay for the rest. I am sure there has to be a mistake or is the business trying to get more money by adding additional services after the fact. This is unacceptable. Insurance FRAUD? I understand we are all trying to save a buck in this expensive economy. Now my wife and our insurance company are trying to find out what is going on and called All Star. Also the business made adjustments to our bill a month after my wife’s last treatment and did it again in July 2024. During the call our insurance company and my wife stated concerns and All Star’s representative, discovered they may have made a mistake and will look into it. My wife asked for an email from All Star and was told she would ONLY get a phone call when this is all cleared up. Over a half year later from my wife’s last treatment and All Star continues get money from our insurance company and us. Wow, I hope this is not happening to others. I hope this get cleared up. Never ever going back to All Star or recommending them to others. I really hope this isn’t insurance fraud. No documentation, No accountability, just a phone call. Wow!

I give All-Star Physical in Murrieta a 5+ star rating. The office staff are very nice and always has a smile on their face. I had the pleasure of working with Austin (P.T.) and his (P.T.A.'s) Nate, Mark, Greg, and Alyse. Austin is amazingly kind and organized. He always took the time to listen and answer any questions I had. Nate, Mark, Greg and Alyse are all so nice and always asked how I was doing. They are so pleasant and fun to be around. I always looked forward to my appointments every week because I enjoyed being around them. I've never been around a team that worked so good together. Thank you for all your incredible work! God Bless, Tammy

Honestly, this 5 star review is more for Cyan who works here. She is an amazing physical therapist and has really helped me after my Distal Bicep Surgery. My range of motion and pain is just as good as before my injury and it was only after 2 visits and doing ALL her instructions at home. So in less than 2 weeks, I gained all my range of motion. She really takes personal interest and patiently answers all your questions. I definitely recommend her. Thank you Cyan, you're the best

I was hesitant to try PT, but I am glad I did. Aaron and Mark have been great to work with and I know they are committed to helping me recover. Great communication and their response time is very quick. I am glad they are taking care of me - thanks to all their staff!

Allstar Physical Therapy (Hancock location) was the 3rd PT I tried because I hadn’t had good luck with the others. Either they didn’t care to read my history or listen to me about my pain and I was ready to give up. A friend of mine recommended Allstar Physical Therapy in Murrieta and it was completely different, Aaron is my physical therapist and he and his staff are AMAZING. From the moment I came in Aaron made it clear that he is here to work with me to find the best options FOR ME. If there was an exercise I wasn’t comfortable with he would say “skip it I’ll find something different for you”, he worked with me to build my strength, stability, and confidence. He was slowly pushing me and helping me improve little by little each visit. When I started here I struggled to plank for 30 second and now I plank for 1.5 minutes simply by taking time and working with me. They also have the most supportive and wonderful crew, from Aaron to Greg, to Mark, Nate, or any of the aids I’m so grateful to them. I’ve learned so much from all of them and felt so supported I can’t even begin to show my gratitude to them. If you want someone who cares this is the place for you. Allstar Physical Therapy on Hancock in Murrieta is the absolute BEST you can’t go wrong here. From the bottom of my heart I appreciate all of you!

Unfortunately I did not have the best experience. I am 5 months postpartum and having terrible lower back pain. After going to the physical therapy for only two weeks my back worsened quite a bit. Come to find out that the issues I’m having are related to my pelvic floor. So the physical therapist should have known this based on the information I gave them. Also I mentioned that heat really makes my back worse and the physical therapist insisted on using heat. That’s probably why my back is so inflamed The chiropractor and a different physical therapist have recommended pelvic floor work and ice only. So $500 down the drain for no improvement. Be wary of chain physical therapy places. Hope this helps another mama.

Aaron Atkins, PT and his entire staff are exceptional. Following a full knee replacement surgery, my experience with the physical therapy services provided by Aaron was excellent. If you require physical therapy, I highly recommend this establishment.
