All Star Physical Therapy

This is in no way a reflection on the staff of this specific center. Because of the staff at the Menifee location this is not a 1 star review. The staff was great, from the front office staff, to the actual physical therapists, and all the support staff. I was informed that my billing was capped at the agreed upon co-pay and that my insurance provider would cover the rest as that was part of my coverage. After the first 5 visits, my issue wasn't resolved albeit there was marked improvement, so I asked my insurance provider for an additional 5 visits and after the first of the additional 5, I received a surprise bill for my first 3 visits totaling just over $400. After several phone calls to All-Star's billing center and many promises of a call back I never got one and just kept getting more bills. Ultimately, after disputing several charges, I just paid the final bill of just over $80. I'm not complaining about the $80, I am complaining about the lack of communication up front that there may be additional charges, I was told the opposite. I am complaining that no one in the billing center could ever justify any additional charges at all. And I am complaining that the several call back requests I made for clarification were unmet. My issue was fairly simple but imagine someone with greater needs and the surprise bill they might get. Good service but expect to pay a lot more than what you're quoted.

Would not waste your time here. My husband had three sessions and will not be going back. They would put him in taction and say "2 more minutes" and then come back in 10 minutes saying "oh we forgot ". The sessions were 60-90 minutes but should have been much shorter due to time wasted when.he was "waiting for the next person" as he would be passed off multiple times during a session . This PT was ordered my Kaiser and it's a shame they are contracting with this company. Updating my review to a three-star now because an employee was kind enough to call my husband and follow up on his dissatisfaction regarding his appointments. I will say the staff there has been very kind to him but time management is definitely something that needs to be addressed.

Mira, my Physical Therapist, provided exceptional care and support throughout my treatment. I have completed my physical therapy and am no longer experiencing the same level of pain. The receptionists in front desk were very friendly. Shout out to Chris! Chris’s ability to explain the exercises to me clearly. I noticed he would translate in Spanish to others too. I highly recommend this team for their professionalism, compassion, and dedication to patient care.

Just finished my PT and am very thankful to everyone who assisted me. Mira and Dawn are amazing in helping achieve your goals! Overall, a really safe and comfortable environment to heal in. Very relational and professional as well. Will miss seeing everyone each week but truly thankful to be better. Shout out to Skylar as well for greeting me so nicely every time I walked through the doors. You guys truly are amazing!

After waiting 3 weeks my first appointment with All Star PT was cancelled without a call. I showed up at 6:30 am and then they cancelled. I had to wait another week for a appt and now they say I have no appointment. AllStar Physical front office is the worst.

I have been a patient at All-Star Physical Therapy- East off and on for various body parts since Jan 2020. I won’t go anywhere else. I have Kaiser and anytime I need PT I request a referral to All-Star. Kaiser likes to push group therapy, but I need more. At All-Star you get the exercises, manual manipulations, modalities (ultrasound, electrical stimulation, etc) and a home exercise program. I have been extremely happy with all the physical therapists and assistants I have seen over the past 4 years, but Dilyana Aly is my absolute favorite. She’s professional and very thorough and gets results. She has rehabbed me from hip replacement, carpal tunnel, and most recently right shoulder arthritis w/impingement. I recommend All-Star PT to any family/friends who need physical therapy.

Thank you so much to my therapist Dawn for massages and for stretches for my hip and marking my progress each week!! and thank you so much to Dilyana she was very knowledgeable, caring and understanding of my knee injury and gave me excercises to strengthen me and alleviate my knee pain!! I will continue to do my excercises everyday Thank you!!!

I went into the therapy with a stiff knee. Exercises were easy. However for weeks afterwards, I was unable to get out of a chair or off the toilet. 2 months later I am still trying to walk again. This place is like a cattle call with the word “gradual” not being in their therapy vocabulary.
