All Star Physical Therapy

Update...First Therapist was snarky and demeaning. Unhelpful. She is no longer there and the current therapist is a million times better. It's is now welcoming and helpful!

Hello everyone, My advise to you if you are reading this! Watch out the person behind the desk and she is calling herself a manager!! Her name is Martha.I told her that she doesn’t belong to there. She is rude and unprofessional! Get an appointment card filled up by them with their writing for your schedule appointment! My wife had appointment today and person who scheduled her wasn’t there and she said that my wife doesn’t have any appointments today! We didn’t have any appointment card by them at that time with us. She thinks that she owns the place and she doesn’t want even find out who was the person who did this appointment and she just want us to leave without any therapy session for my wife’s arm! Therapist was so nice and came out and she said that what happened and I explained. She said that she will have her for today. On the way out this person who says that I am the manager charged my wife $20. It should be $15. She paid $15 before. She was going to charge her $5 extra! I have all in recording and will post it to the owner. Place is good and therapist are educated and professional. I went home and saw the print of appointment and they gave us someone else appointments for their sessions to us with their name on it! This manger knew that she screwed but she doesn’t want to say that she is sorry! My wife was under so much stressed last night. This is the place that patients are going there and they are all in pain and they shouldn’t even go through this pain! This place is way better without this lady at front desk. I hope and wish to talk to owner of this place and make sure he hears my story. Thanks for reading this.

My Orthopedic surgeries have all come with Physical Therapy. Each time, I received therapy treatment at All Star. The staff is quite knowledgeable and very considerate of their clients therapy needs and goals. They are professional and timely in providing services.

I went here a week ago with Linda Evans. As soon as I walked in with her I felt her snarky attitude. I knew she was a difficult person since i met her that day. She started off by asking me how long have I had pain. Now I didnt have an issue with pain but I was sent here by my doctor because I was born with a condition that affects my ankles so I told her that. She than gave me a snarky comment telling me so you have been having this pain since you were born? After this she asked me why my doctor sent me here and I gave her more info about my condition. She tried to disregard my doctors choice of having me sent for physical therapy and offered to see me less than what my doctor thought was optimal for me. The appointment wasnt even for 40 minutes either it was like 10 or 15 minutes. I dont know who this Linda thinks she is but obviously she has a character flaw. In regards to the review I am speaking on behalf of this person not the whole establishment. But this is a message to the manager or someone in charge that this Linda Evans has issues.

I can't say enough good things about All Star Physical Therapy in Lake Elsinore. The entire staff makes you feel important and very well taken care of. I had a staff member ready to direct me onto my next excercise before being done with my first exercise. I never felt ignored or in incapable hands (which is the reason I switched to All Star after going to the other physical therapy place in Lake Elsinore). I will be honest and say that physical therapy can be painful, but even so I always looked forward to going All Star and the friendly, caring atmosphere they create there.

Receptionist at front desk is super nice and friendly. My PT is amazing. He seems to have my best interest in mind. So far I am very happy with the staff and atmosphere.

I went in with unrelenting sciatica and a worsening limp. I was shown several stretches that almost immediately gave relief. As long as I do those stretches my legs are getting stronger so they can properly support my back. Doing pretty well now 🥰

Very professional and dedicated to patient care. Each patient receives personalized care and attention. Treatment modalities meet current standards or exceeds them. My condition improved significantly following therapy.
