All Star Physical Therapy

I have received physical therapy with All Star Physical Therapy in Indio, CA & Rancho Mirage, CA and would highly recommend anyone to All Star. The staff is great and very knowledgeable, the environment is very professional and they are always courteous and caring. They definitely have earned the (5) Star rating! All star physical therapy led by the director Michael Ruiz in Indio is the best physical therapy team. He knows exactly how to manage your symptoms and both him and his team are professional, personable from every aspect. From when you walk through the door throughout your entire appointment. The establishment is the cleanest I’ve seen and they make you feel valued as a patient and I would highly recommend all star physical therapy to anybody that needs it in the Coachella valley. The Indio location exceeded all my expectations out of all other physical therapy establishments I’ve been too. Jasmine & Jose and Annette have been outstanding always making themselves present, Kevin the pta has been amazing as well. Front desk Eli has been great!

Initial call to make my appointment, currently on hold, receptionist did not give me her name when I asked. I told her I was a new patient and now I’m on hold because she’s checking if I’m an established patient. Will update and remove or add stars as needed. Finally gave me her name: Elizabeth Edit to add they still aren’t polite nor do they have proper phone etiquette.

The best physical therapy is this place!! Michael the doctor is outstanding. The PTA kevin is awsome!! Jasmine & Jose are some great techs always on top of everything! Great staff espcially front desk Eli.

This place (Indio) has the best, friendliest staff you could imagine. I almost forget why I’m here. I mean the pain automatically goes away with all yhe beautiful smiles. Would highly recommend!!!
