If you get a referral to All Star from Kaiser Permanente call KP's referral department and get it changed. All Star does not pick up the phone or call back.

This location can not get it right I am still waiting for a appointment many calls back & forth my referral was made back in the beginning of April I have 2 referrals to is May 13. 2022 no appointment yet THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT ALL STAR SERVICE !!!!!😰
