Maybe if I needed to be here at 4:10 for. 4:30 appointment, you should have scheduled my appointment for 4:10. And for there not to be another appointment available for a full month, when I’ve already waited to schedule this therapy after my surgery 3 days ago, and my surgeon told me to have PT immediately is unacceptable. Yeah, I arrived at 4:20 - FOR MY 4:30 APPOINTMENT. I can’t imagine that a physical therapy group couldn’t imagine that someone in a lot of pain could- NOT BE LATE - BUT BE ONLY 10 MINUTES EARLY FOR THEIR APPOINTMENT. This place is crap - if you have the opportunity, go ANYWHERE ELSE

As I didn't know that this place did exist I thought there was only one physical therapy place in Hemet San Jacinto. But once I found this place I was pleasantly pleased. There were quite the professionals did outstanding service. They worked on all the areas that my doctor suggested to work on. I've seen the other place that are in Hemet that are not professional and just listen to loud music while we're trying to do stuff. But this place here they walk you through everything to make sure you understand. what has to be done was the best interest for you as a patient to get better help and your physical therapy. But I must say that that thing that really made me happy about this place was affected their staff and the front did not give us a hard time about our insurance and looked up the Insurance the same day and may phone calls back to the East Coast and West Coast to make sure that we were covered . The notorious• HGS with my physical therapist during this time. Outstanding and professional I greatly appreciate all the work was done but as you see when they work with other patients here to there always professionals and they're here in a really care about you getting better. I have been going to therapy for a couple months. The therapists are amazing. But the front desk/reception has such poor customer service. The first time I was there for a therapy session I waited in the waiting room for over half hour and it wasn't until I asked how much longer I was going to be waiting since I had to go back to work. They said it should be soon, however, they later said they forgot to check me in. By the time I went in, I was so upset my injury hurt even more from being so tense and trying to hold back my anger at the front desk. Then acted like it was no big deal. Today, I asked if they had received my authorization for more sessions, and they had not, I called MEDRISK for the authorization and they said they would fax it again, this was the second time. MEDRISK asked me if they could call to get the authorization and they would fax it to them in case the FAX # was wrong from what they have listed. I gave them the phone number at the front desk and after waiting 15-20 more minutes in the lobby/waiting area, they still had not made the call. Granted they were busy but maybe they could offer to call me if they could not make the call at that time so I could go instead of wasting my time. I had to get up and ask her if she was going to call but said, "Oh I am but i just haven't yet", I told her if she called, to please call me and I left. I was not able to make my follow up appointment and wasted almost an hour waiting on them with no result. I have been in customer service all my life, this is unacceptable. It's too bad that instead of a positive review for the therapists, I have to make a negative one for the reception area! Not happy with the front desk at all.

My mom had her first appointment and the therapy bed flipped over, mom fell head first and then the bed fell over her. They didn’t even have the decency to call 911 after seeing my mom was dizzy and unable to process information. We had to ask for them to call 911. They tried to have her go home. They didn’t do anything to address their negligence. They also lied to the medics.

This is the 2nd injury recovery I've had to have worked on at this location. Previously I had to strengthen my ankles, knees and got my orthopedic foot inserts from here. Shawn was very helpful at getting those taken care of and fitted for me. All the PT moves that I've received have always been helpful in getting me to recover from my injuries and everyone has always been friendly and prompt when it comes to my appointments. And the people at the front counter are very speedy despite dealing with a large amount of patients. This facility has physically expanded since my first visit and is now much larger. Currently I'm working on my lower back issues and everything is going well. I would recommend this location.

I recently had a total knee replacement and knew that I was going to need physical therapy for my recovery. I was very concerned because I previously required physical therapy for an injury and did not have a good experience whatsoever at another therapy place. My doctor’s office recommended All Star Physical Therapy and said they have heard good things about them. Well I’m really glad they did. My first visit, the ladies in the reception area were very professional and welcoming. After I filled out my paperwork and I was called to the back, the person that I was going to be working with, introduced herself and led me over to the sink to wash my hands. With Covid going on, extra precautions are taken to keep everyone safe. They then did my evaluation to get all the information needed for my recovery and gave me some light exercise for my first visit. I’ve been going to them for about 4 weeks now. Everyone that I work with makes sure they know where I am in my recovery and when my surgery date was, so they can gauge how far along I am and how far along I should be. I feel really good when I leave there, physically and mentally. They are very positive and professional and I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future if needed.

Was there with my 78 year old Dad, who just had knee replacement. 2nd visit there, I was told waiting room was for patients only due to HIPAA. As a nurse, this is NOT true, and if so why was I allowed to be there the first visit or notified then? At his 1st visit, other were called before him, they all checked in after, and when I got upset about it becausehe was in alot of pain just sitting there, I was given some lame excuse that they were seeing different people. Mind you we were an hour early and sat with bearly anyone in the waiting room. Corporate office will be hearing from me!!! 😡
