All Star Physical Therapy

I have had severe neck pain from a whiplash. I wasn't getting much relief from my previous PT. Amanda is a game changer! She is the best physical therapist I have ever had! I feel so much better after each session!

On my gosh, one can not improve on perfection! Along with Carrie, my PT, coupled with Eric and Kelly the assistants, they have made for an excellent experience with my shoulder replacement. Fabulous service by competent and affable employees.

Joshua, my physical therapist, was both attentive and knowledgeable, providing excellent care during my sessions. However, I cannot give a full five-star rating due to several issues with the front office. The scheduling line on their website is not answered, and when I contacted the Fallbrook office, they were unable to locate my referral. Fortunately, the Menifee office quickly found it through the insurance portal—a step I was informed Fallbrook should have taken. When I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment on 8/13/2024 at 2:30 pm, with my completed intake forms, the front desk insisted on seeing a physical insurance card, despite already having all my information in the referral. Since I only had a digital version of my insurance card and ID, it took 15 minutes to email it due to a miscommunication about their email address and the time it took me to figure out how to send it. After my session, I waited at the front desk to check out, but despite being the only one there, I was ignored for 10 minutes while others who approached the desk were helped. Eventually, I was told that I didn't need to do anything further.

The staff and my physical therapists are so amazing they are doing such a great job esp Marian and Linda❤️probably the only comment i can give is the music they use to play ist somewhat rock if only they switch it to dance music that would be much better😅

Update : Today I was in there at around 12:45 waiting at front desk for someone to talk to regarding an appointment . And one person on crutches behind me , also waiting.. . NOT ONE employee looked at me or said will be with you in a moment or they are at lunch , NOTHING . So we waited patiently untill 12:57 and finally I asked an employee is there someone that can help me ? She looked at me and went straight over to the corner in front without saying a word .. the guy behind me and I looked at each other like what in the world ? And the guy behind me said I can’t stand here much longer and I said I know what’s happening ? But then someone starts coming up at 1:00 after another person came in and sat down . If they were at lunch then put a sign up at the desk or at least tell the person sitting there waiting, and asking if someone can help what the situation is . This office is usually very friendly and seem to do a great job but now I don’t know after this happened . If it was my first encounter and didn’t know the office like I do I would have just walked out and asked to be referred somewhere else 100 % . You should always be aware of others in the area of which you are working .

If you have knee problems, AVOID this clinic! My mom came here for quadriceps strengthening. My mom was given exercises after her first session with Amanda Lucy, which included terminal knee extensions. This is a HORRIBLE exercise to prescribe to anyone with knee problems. As a result, my mom now has intense knee pain. Christopher Powers, PT, PhD, FASCM, FAPTA is one of the world's leading experts on knee biomechanics (and I was trained by him). Patellofemoral joint stress increases as the leg straightens during knee extension exercises, which is why TERMINAL knee extension exercise are a HORRIBLE exercise for anyone with knee problems. The therapists in this clinic need to read the literature so they do not injure patients. My mom will not be returning to this clinic. BEWARE.

Overpopulated, understaffed, and extremely rude receptionist. The receptionist is so rude in fact, it actually outweighs the benefit of the therapy for me at this business. I will not be going back.

Coming to this place was amazing. The staff is very friendly. They understand and hear you out. They will work with you to make you better and treat you like family. Everyone is always with a smile from the receptionist to the therapist. I would definitely come back again. I did 6 week therapy. At the end of the session I was able to move my shoulder again.
