All Star Physical Therapy

Poor service very unprofessional. First visit front office staff were discussing their boyfriend who had just gotten out of prison. Second visit front office staff were talking about how they needed to fix their books to reduce the number of patients- how to make more money and work less. These discussions should be saved for the lunch room or an HR meeting. PT itself is not helpful. They don’t seem to know what they are doing.

I was initially referred to All Star by Kaiser Home Health after knee replacment surgery in June, 2023. I had a wonderful and successful course of therapy-so positive an experience that I asked to be referred to All Star again after my second knee replacement surgery in January, 2024. I cannot recomment All Star more highly! The entire staff was friendly and very professional, caring and responsive. In particular, I'd like to give a shout-out to Michael, Victor, Pablo and Jesus. All were fabulous to work with and very encouraging throughout. No negatives whatsoever!! THANKS TO ALL AT ALL STAR, PALM DESERT!!! MIKE S.

All Star helped me recover from not 1, but 2 total knee replacement. The front staff is organized and helpful in getting me appointments. The new PT, Elijah is great! I was also a fan of Wilbur who is at another All Star location. I've worked with most of the PT assistants, Angel, Issac are great, as are all the staff. Love the new larger space. Only thing I wish is improved is the parking lot - it's so dingy, feels like it needs a solid powerwash. But All Star is clean inside and the PTs and staff are great, so that's what matters.

My 17 year old son has received the best care possible at All Star. He is recovering from an ACL surgery. I have been completely impressed with the quality of care my son is receiving from the entire team at All Star. Not only that but they actually took the time to get to know my son and make him feel comfortable. He loves going to his appointments. In addition, the front desk staff is always so kind and helpful too. Thank you All Star Physical Therapy!

Two injuries from an accident were preventing me from many activities as a new mom, I was frustrated and unhappy with other places and the lack of information and help. It felt like I was not going to enjoy the future as I had done before after the injuries. I am so grateful I was referred to Elite Physical Therapy and their staff. They are extremely supportive and helpful. I regained critical strength and felt little to no pain during the healing process. I don’t know if I will ever be able to repay them for the therapy they provided. My injuries are as close to gone as ever before and I am so thankful.

Everyone at AllStar therapy was supper friendly with me. They helped me 100% of their possibility during my healing process. I give them five out of five stars.
