(So far the only thing good is Alonso, he is awesome!) The availability is rubbish. I waited 6 weeks for an evaluation. Two days before said evaluation they had a therapist leave "last minute", so it had to be rescheduled. The guy at the front desk "did me a favor" getting me scheduled to three weeks later. When I complained that it would then be over 8 weeks that I will have waited for my appointment, I was informed that they "can't control what the therapists do". Not very reassuring that the facility providing medical care can't control what their providers do. The receptionist gave the impression that this was acceptable if not standard. It is a testament to health care in the High Desert. In addition, mid day the place is WAY too busy! The proximity they expect patients to do therapy in is unacceptable. You will be nearly touching other patients and at times have to move multiple times mid exercise to accommodate other patients and therapists. It doesn't create a healing environment. Go first thing in the morning! The owners were pretty bold when they named the place.

This place is great! They are right on top of getting you scheduled, and reminding you of your appointments! Miranda Judge, the PT on site is amazing, loved working with her. She really knew her stuff and I felt so much better after each session, including the first one. The rest of the staff, including the office folks, were very always very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this place if you can get a referral to them. I'm actually back for a different issue and am looking forward to getting better this time just like last time.

I appreciated their straightforward and sincere approach. At my first visit the PT spent far more time being inquisitive to decide on a plan of action than my primary care doctor did. The PTs rotate as a team; they’re patient, clear and kind. I was really impressed with the amount of progress I made in just one month working with them. Thank you for your help 🙏

I want to share my awesome experience going to All Star Physical Therapy. I had bunion surgery on my foot, Kaiser gave me an outside referral to All Star. I want to be honest, at first I was a little skeptical about physical therapy due to having physical therapy at another establishment for a torn hamstring. However, when I first showed up at All Star, Paulo was so professional, he was so calm and explained what the therapy was going to entail, at that time I became confident and excited knowing this therapy would work and get me back to as normal as possible. Most of my sessions were with Daniel, he was so supportive and professional throughout my visits, I want to thank him for that. The receptionist’s were also so helpful and kind. Keep up the good work guys, you are all doing a fantastic job!

I wish I could give a zero. My son has a chronic disease requiring care and this office flat out discriminated against his condition. The front desk stated that my son sounds like he needs "too much care" and they were short staffed and didn't serve clients like him. Mind you the way she was describing my son (needing a walker, not independently moving, etc) IS NOT EVEN CLOSE to his situation. In addition to that she went to "speak to the therapist' who allegedly stated that my son needed to go see someone pediatric related because his referral didn't list a single specific extremity. Seriously, is that not that the whole purpose of an evaluation. Needless to say they don't want to work and are only willing to take simple, easy cases that they filter through over the appointment line. Such a shame as their own website lists in plain sight that they offer the EXACT services for my son and specifically lists that they offer pediatric care. How interesting.

Biggest do not recommend I have encountered. For starters the front desk is absolutely rude and impersonal. If your appointment starts at four don’t expect to be seen until 4:40. If you are a women there as NO female staff available to assist you. And male staff will be asking you invasive uncomfortable and personal questions even if it’s already on your chart. They have NO experience dealing with paralysis, The physical therapy room is really just one room with flickering lights. They have multiple high tables but only one for people with wheelchairs. Another thing I noticed that was the final straw was multiple physical therapists standing around talking to each other. Or sitting at the computer desk with a dark monitor on their phone. There were multiple clients in this tiny one room “gym” just doing their own exercises. What is the point of going to physical therapy when you can just be getting the same quality at home? They have no innovative therapies. They are behind the times! Your insurance is paying for this and you pay for your insurance do not go where you will be waiting long times and just left to your own devices!

I can't say enough good things about the quality of care here. The ladies in reception are great. They are always kind and friendly. They send texts and call to remind me of each appointment. I see how they treat others as well with the most kindness and dignity. Once taken in for therapy, you will get the best of treatment. Nicole is my therapist, and she is AWESOME! She is so knowledgeable and sweet as can be. And by Just looking around at what is going on around me, you can see the professionalism and respect each patient receives here. It's organized and always clean. I am impressed!

This is an amazing place to help you rebuild yourself. The assistance from everyone there, The motivation from them and their kindness. They helped me rebuild myself, mentally and physically. No lie, I love them. I'm happy that I graduated, but at the same time it hurts to leave. They have grown on me in so many ways. Without them and their assistance, I would have been nothing. They showed me that I can overcome what I've been through and that I can keep building it up now. I thank them for that. They will help you progress. I can't find a way to thank them enough. They are amazingly awesome!!!!
