All Saints Sub-Acute & Skilled Nursing - Maubert

My auntie is a resident here. From the moment she got there, we knew it was the perfect place for her needs. The care team is fantastic. You can tell they know exactly how to make the residents feel their best. I would definitely recommend All Saints to anyone I know. The facility is clean, professional, and safe.

Hi All Saints Staff - I've been home 1 week today and I'm so thankful. You all have been on my heart and I wanted to send a Big THANK YOU and GOD BLESS you ALL for taking care of me and for being a great team and staff. My kids said, Dad don't name drop cause you might forget someone, lol. So I just want to thank EVERYONE (Yes even the Kitchen Staff...Great Food, I thought I was at IHOP)! When I got there I was nervous and not sure what to expect but quickly they made me feel welcome and comfortable. Five Stars from me and my kids! Keep up the good work. Bob Chulata

A thorough Patient centered facility!!! When we were seeking a SNF for my aunt, there were many variables like care delivery, patient satisfaction, and accountability. All Saints fit all our qualifiers and continues to exceed our expectations.

Maubert is a beautiful facility, filled with kind caring Staff.
