All Care Therapies - Wilshire

This was my first visit to the Wilshire location. It was great from the moment I entered the door to check in. Parking$$ and the elevator issues need help in those areas, otherwise it would be 5 stars. Wait time was super short and the staff is very helpful in all areas including bringing paperwork (1page ) to me to fill out. Thank You front desk ladies for your kindness. Tyler was very helpful to carry my things to the room for my evaluation and was very informative about my course of therapy. Upon leaving the front desk scheduled my future sessions and printed the dates for me. How can anyone say anything bad about this location. It neat and clean also. I actually look forward to my next PT appointment.

I went for my shoulder strengthening as recommended by my general physician. It is a very professional set up and they started with an assessment of the injury. The administrative staff is very helpful in scheduling and changing appointments. During my therapy, I also received HW exercises to do at home and they even helped me plan my transition out. Highly recommended

Great. So far I've been here 4 times. The front desk are courteous. I never have to wait long in the waiting room. Once inside the therapist and the assistants are very knowledgeable and they are understanding of my injury. Great experience and would definitely recommend this place .The only complaint is they don't have free parking. 😠

very grateful to all the staff at all care therapist, especially Mathew since he was the one who treated me most of the visits, very kind and very focused on his work, he was aware of the pain I had in my feet and helped me a lot in my therapies. The therapist are great but the treatment is inconsistent! Front office lady talks about her personal issues while you try to get another appointment to be seen but they’re just to busy with personal. Had to get a new referral for a new physical therapy.

I am not a physical therapist, however I feel Gasper was very competent with therapy examination, conducted thorough test and was happy to explain my questions.

Amy is a great therapist. I’m really happy working with her. Her exercises are great for my pain, im improving a lot with her.

Lied to my insurance about treating Ehlers Danlos syndrome. When I called, no one was familiar with it and I was informed I had to come for an initial evaluation first to know whether they can treat me. If you have the specialty to treat my disorder, you would know for sure. Either you have the knowledge or you don’t. This is a medi-cal scam because once I make my initial evaluation, I would not be able to get it redirected to any other facility whether they can help me or not and would lock me down into coming here as a patient. This is an attempt to recruit me as a patient to charge my insurance and they would not be able to help me. Beware of this place. They were not able to verbalize anything else regarding knowledge of my disease.
