My Physical Therapist was SO helpful. Her name is Rebecca Pagdan. She helped me learn how to manage and get past most of my sciatica symptoms. I will totally recommend her to my friends that need PT help! The other staff in the office is really cool, helpful and nice as well. Bravo All Care Therapies! 👍🏼

ACT Review I have been attending Physical Therapy at the Kearny Mesa All Care Therapies for several months now, following my knee replacement surgery. Their series of well-planned exercises have been quite valuable. Dianna is a skilled and patient instructor, and is clearly trained in her discipline. My knee flexibility has improved tremendously, resulting in a measurably enhanced range of motion. In fact, I had my other knee replaced many years ago, and the recovery period took much longer without the therapy. It's a pity that I don't have a third leg with a lame knee. If so, I would certainly return to this clinic for their proper treatment again! LOL!

Mesa/All Care has been the best Physical therapy I have ever received. The whole team here is excellent, but I was fortunate to have Dianne as my personal therapist. I could not have asked for anyone better. She knew the best treatment for my injured painful shoulder & arm, & now I have the full use of my entire arm & shoulder with no pain. Dianna is a GREAT therapist! She is helping me recover from ankle surgery and lower back pain. She provides the BEST treatments for my recovery and healing process. Also, I would like to thank Kiana and Ali for their assistance as well!

Rebecca is a miracle worker. She helped me strengthen my wrist after surgery and provided exercises that helped me regain feeling back into my fingers. I would definitely recommend her services.

Terrible place. I've been trying to get my son speech therapy and had to literally do a three way call with the company and my insurance to get them an authorization form they should be able to see on the system given his insurance approved the services then they want to fax the ALREADY authorized documentation to his doctor to sign and I've been trying to get services for 2 months. Not worth the headache and run around sorry
