My family and I have been coming here for over 11 years now. Dr. Siddiqui in Pediatrics is very good with my child. Both Dr. Castillos are very patient and kind. The services at this building have changed (patient care is located on the first floor now). Also, we have found that if you need referrals for any other medical procedures, the staff here are good at arranging that for you. Everyone here from the Front Desk to the doctors are excellent. My family and I highly recommend.

Doctor Stephanie is amazing and took care of me during my pregnancy, which is why I decided to come back for my regular ob check ups. When I called to make my appointment I specifically told them what kind of insurance I have. They understood and still gave me an appointment, on the day of my appointment I had to wait almost an hour. I was already inside when they told me I couldn’t be seen with my type of insurance. I called to verify before I wasted my time but they still managed to waste it. The front desk staff is very unorganized they send you up stairs and down stairs too many times and they still can’t figure out how to properly register a patient. Do not waste your time with this clinic they are all very unprofessional, unorganized and rude.

All care medical group is the worse clinic ever; they treated my mom horrible because she is an older lady, especially The nurses have no Sympathy for anyone, they should be nurses in the first place. They don’t know how to do their job at all. DO NOT TAKE ANY OF YOUR FAMILY THERE. The only one that helped my mom was Dr. Espenan. Thank you for not ignoring my mother's pain.

I should have rated this Medical Center a long time ago because this place is useless and an embarrassment for the community of Huntington Park. I went to this place several times, three of which I later ended at the emergency room when I could no longer stand the pain. I once went in on a Saturday for urgent care. I had been with a headache, fever, and throwing up for two days which I stopped eating as a consequence. The doctor took a look at me, (yes just a look) weight & vitals and sent me home. No bloodwork no real suggestions but to keep hydrated. I was super weak. Next day and 2 lbs lighter, I checked myself into ER. I spent the next 2 wks in ER getting treated for a stubborn infection. I should've learned the first time right, maybe my parents should have too. But when you're only 18 and you're parents trust this place, you do too. Now I'm taking care of my parents, I prohibit them from coming here, even if Dr. Castillo feels like family. All he does is prescribe my dad ibuprofen for her sciatic pain which he has diagnosed as arthritis, tells him he can get him on disability but doesn't offer any other help, none. HE NEEDS TO RETIRE!! With google I'm a better doctor than he is, literally. I have cured some of my dads medical issues while Dr. Castillo has just blamed his line of work. This medical facility has done nothing but take insurance money. The only good use to this place is maybe getting immunization shots, maybe. TOTAL JOKE. BTW, my dad has finally gotten some relief and is getting treatment for his sciatic pain at another facility.

This place is outdated with very rude, inadequate management. The administrative offices have the old 1970's desks with big old white computers at each desk. This place literally has the decor it had from the 70's. This place is grossly mismanaged and is a complete joke to be running as a functional medical center. This place is like going to a county hospital. My entire family has finally left this nightmare facility and are all getting quality care at more up to date medical offices with competent doctors.

Some of the negative reviews are based on doctors who are no longer at this clinic. Verity Medical Foundation (in San Jose) now manages the clinic and many of the previous staff have been fired and replaced. There is clearly improvement here and it is not fair to judge the whole clinic based one negative doctor.

This place had got worse from better they always take forever to see patients and now only that girls have bad attitude and lately there are no doctors on site I wonder if there is any way for the county to help anything they advertise themselves the they open 24/7 and when you go there there are no doctors to see and if you get to see one that doctor can’t do much for you just a bad clinic people we should stop going there and find a better place to go 😖😖

THE DOCTOR WAS VERRY RUDE , ARTHUR L KEITH.. HE DIDN'T EVEN WANT TO COME INSIDE THE ROOM TO TALK ABOUT MY ILLNESS.. HE WAS SPEAKING WITH ME IN THE HALLWAY IN FRONT OF OTHER PATIENTS AND STAFF..HE ASLO ASK ME WERE MY CHART WAS , AS IF I WORK THEIR OR WAS ONE OF HIS M,A. IT WAS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL DOCTOR THAT IVE SEEN.. AND AT THE END OF IT ALL .. HE JUST CHANGED MY MEDICATION WITH NO EVIDENCE THAT. THAT WAS THE CAUSE OF MY PROBLEM..HORRIBLE PLACE.. YOULL DIE BEFORE THEY DIAGNOSE YOU.. DONT COME IF YOUR NOT READY TO BE INSULTED..
