My kids have used this clinic since the inception of the Washington county location. We have had nothing but the best from these therapists, even when my kids are having rough days. They share ways we can continue working at home and will always give a report at the end of a session so we know what progress has been made or where we need to focus on at home. I have seen a couple bad reviews on here which makes me wonder if the reviewer has the wrong clinic….. I will say, you as a parent have to keep up with the tools they teach your kids. It’s like school, you don’t send your kids without expecting to help them with homework. And like EVERYWHERE else, you are expected to pay your bills. This is a business. Don’t expect them to work for free.

I wish they put half as much effort into helping my son, as they do trying to collect a bill. In January 2021, my then 21 month old was diagnosed with a speech delay. And I was referred to this place. The intake went well. I was told that that parents aren’t allowed in for therapy sessions. My son is a quarantine baby so he has never been around anyone but my husband and I, needless to say he cried the 1st session and she said wouldn’t charge for that session. The therapist also assured me that she would be able to push through the tears. Fwd to the second therapy session she bought him out after 45 minutes and said he didn’t want anything to do with her or the other kids but she would like to keep trying. So we had a 3rd session. Half way through I go inside to use the restroom I can hear my son crying and no one trying to consul him. After the hour was up the therapist recommended we try at home therapy (from a place that didn’t have any openings). Needless to say I was shocked to get a huge bill in the mail and for what you guys didn’t do anything but write my son off. Also let’s mention that after every therapy session the therapist would say she could push through the tears but after that say maybe we should try at home therapy. So I asked after the second therapy session what should I do and she then said let’s try to push through. I was never ever once given the option to stay in until my son got acclimated. I didn’t even know that was an option until my pediatrician asked why they didn’t allow me to sit for a few visits? (I’m assuming maybe because of Covid) but no this isn’t the case. After I complained about the bill and how they didn’t even try to help my son the owner offered me to visit with another therapist and sit in…? Why wasn’t I offered that in the first place? The only reason why I’m giving this place two stars is the owner somewhat tried to appease me. But I’m still disappointed!
I’ve been very happy with this place! Katie and Olivia have been very helpful. They go into details of what the do ☺️
