I was recommended to Alki Art & Wellness for a neck/shoulder injury by a long time patient of theirs - Dr. Marc Grandle came highly recommended as a knowledgeable, professional and thorough chiropractor. During my initial consultation, Dr. Grandle made sure to explain each step of the healing process in depth and reinforced his explanations with solid examples so that I could truly understand what to expect. Every visit since has been welcoming and informative - I completely appreciate what Alki has done for my alignment and injured neck / shoulder. I would (and have!) recommended this facility to everyone!

Dr. Grandle is a very caring doctor. Each experience I've had with him has been extremely positive. I have multiple injuries and have tried multiple chiropractors in the area. Dr. Grandle took x-rays of my spine so that he and I could see exactly how to treat my injuries and scoliosis. He listens to my concerns and listens to my body, he isn't arrogant like some doctors can be and provides advice and tips to help me maintain my pain levels so that I can actively heal my injuries. I would recommend him to my friends and family without hesitation.
I'm a chiropractor that was visiting family. The combination of travel and different activities sent my low back into considerable pain. Dr. Grandle is highly skilled and definitely knows what he is doing! His staff got me right in and was very helpful. From one chiropractor to another, I can not recommend him more highly! Thanks for helping me out to enjoy the rest of my vacation here.
Dr. Marc Grandle is very knowledgeable and explains in a detailed manner any injury or silence. Alki Chiropractic will design a special plan to work and reset your body. What I thought it was a shoulder injury, ended being was a neck problem... A few months ago I got a cortisone shot in another clinic and recommended a second one, after Dr. Grandle worked on my neck and back I no longer needed any medicine or pain killers and I slowly recovering from the pain I was suffering.
I had two major surgeries within a two month time period. I needed to heal quickly to get back to work!! Alki offers hyperbaric oxygen therapy which I knew from past experience helps you to heal faster. I was amazed at the progress I made within a month! Christie and her husband couldn’t have made the experience more comfortable and affordable. What a fabulous place for healing and nurturing!! I’ll definitely visit this delightful place again after any surgical or medical procedure!! Kristen Meadows
I had seen my chiropractor at home and two days later was on the road to visit Santa Barbara. The car ride to get to Santa Barbara was the worst thing for my back and I was in a lot of pain. It was a Saturday and no one was in the office, but after leaving a message for Dr. Grandle, he called back and scheduled an appointment for an hour later. He did several adjustments and I was able to enjoy my vacation. So very grateful, as I never would have been able to have a vacation being in pain.
Check out this newly remodeled state of the art center! Gorgeous decor and a peaceful environment to help bring about overall wellness. Dr. Grandle is very experienced and caters to the patients well being. The office manager is friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable. They even have a hyperbaric chamber to further aide the healing process! Love this practice and I highly recommend it.
Not a Fan. I inquired if dr. takes walk-ins. Dr. said yes, $60 per visit. He told me to call for apt. When I called, dr. now tells me nearly $400 first exam required + $60. What a fraud of a human being... Healer ??? My first chiropractic experience was when I was 17 with Dr. Horan who in fact opened the Worlds first emergency chiropractic hospitals in N. California. Upon my and Dr. Horans fist visit, he had just started out, working with Dr. Loyd Latch one of San Franciscos premier chiropractic offices. Dr. Horan adjusted me from head to toe on my first visit and it was like Heaven with out ANY BS $400 questioner... I was in serious need of his help too as I had been suffering with a maladjusted spine since a car accident at age 5. After my first adjustment I felt like a new woman and I did frequent Dr. Horans office throughout the years, a true fan. Amazing. I thought professionals became better overtime... Apparently not... dr.alki needs a huge chunk of your flesh and blood before he even gets started... and started at what??? I'm a gifted healer but can't adjust my own body- that would be diffacult or I would not have ever made the effort. I don't feel a lot of talent resides here, Wellness is a life commitment - not a ride on the boardwalk... I prefer true human real healing and wellness... Im going to guess dr. lacks most real and true nutritional knowledge as does 99.99% of any wellness professional operating in the states today, which with healthy gut heals almost anything. Even today, most grads of any gov approved schools are tought management, not true healing... I can't give myself spinal adjustments but Im a gifted homeopathy with the truth and dr. alki is perhaps drunk on pride and lack of real knowledge... Not someone I want hands on my precious body and soul... Yes that about wraps it up here. 🌻
