I have had the most positive experience at this physiotherapy clinic. Tim is incredibly knowledgeable and has been instrumental in my recovery. The staff is friendly and the facility is well-equipped. Highly recommend!

I will be working with these folks next season. I recommend them to anyone needing physical therapy or thinking/planning to run a marathon!!! From November 2023 to May this year, Aliso Viejo PT transformed my running journey. Before this time, I had never been athletic or run more than two miles without losing my breath. But with their support, I not only completed my marathon but also improved my overall fitness. I signed up to train with an incredible local running club - WeRock. The club trains middle schoolers to train and complete a full marathon between the ages of 12 and 15. My daughter ran her first marathon at 12 last year, and since then, I have been planning to jump in to run this year. Coming in, I knew what ailments/misalignments may get in the way, so I assembled a pit crew of sorts. Aliso Viejo PT was at the core! I picked the perfect team! They have late hours and packages that make PT guidance and support financially accessible. They also focus on sports medicine, which is what I was looking for. The team is top-notch, caring, and fun. The ambiance is like a lively community center, with everyone doing their PT work and being attended to by upbeat and attentive staff. I worked with Tim Cowell, PT, MPT. He had trained and completed a marathon. The PT assistants I worked with the most were Leah, Leilani, and Meghan. All three were knowledgeable, supportive, and kind. I also met with Ernie, who I found out is a many-time marathon and ultra-marathon runner. These folks at Aliso Viejo PT kept tabs on my strengthening process, managed the kinks that came up, and got me KY taped for extra support so I could finish my runs as these got long. Rachel, at the front desk, was/is the best! Patient, lovely, and mindful!! I found excellent service, a knowledgeable team, and great value in their support and services.

If I could give this place 6 stars, I would. The staff are very respectful and kind. The aid I worked with was very handsome too. The very nice blonde boy with earrings, INCREDIBLE.

Your money and time will be better spent elsewhere. There are much better PT options in south Orange County. AVPT are unprofessional on many levels and facets, from the receptionist up to the owner, and everywhere in between.

Every member of the Aliso Viejo Physical Therapy staff are kind, courteous and knowledgeable. My physical therapist Yvonne not only understood how to treat my injury but also took the time to explain to me her treatment plan. I was always supported by the other PTs and aides whenever I had a question. Once my injury healed, I felt like I had the tools to continue strength training and how to prevent another injury. I highly recommend using AVPT should you ever need physical therapy.

I had a great experience with the physical therapy I attended . Everything was well-organized, and I am highly satisfied with the overall service. Adriana, the physiotherapist, her assistant , and front desk staff were highly skilled, courteous, and supportive throughout the sessions.

I have been an on and off patient of AVPT for the last 4 years due to an accident that broke pelvis. I have had multiple surgies and each time, I went through months of physical therapy. Tim and all of his collegues are skilled and knowledgeable. But what makes them really stand out is the warmth and care that they radiate. From the moment you enter AVPT, you are greeted by a smile by Rachel and Catherine. I also regularly go to Jen's class in the pilates studio (Pilates Shoppe) that is embedded in the office. She works closely with the therapist in order to properly suggest modifications during rehabilitation. I know that without the help of Jen and Tim, I would not be walking today. I am incredibly thankful.
