Align PT

I was extremely nervous to start pelvic PT but my experience at Align has been so wonderful! The space is clean and comforting. I have been seeing Ariana for several sessions now and she has made such a difference in my life. Everyone in the office is so kind and welcoming. I am so grateful that I made the choice to come here!

I went to Ann for Lymphatic drainage and it was remarkable the difference it made in my life. I have an autoimmune disorder called POTS and although I have most of the symptoms under control, I struggle with heaviness in my legs especially when working out. After seeing Ann 2 weeks ago I have been back in the gym with zero discomfort. I am so excited to continue seeing Ann and feeling the amazing benefits from Lymphatic Drainage!

Working with Ann on lymphatic drainage was so cool! I’ve experienced congestion for months and after 1 session I can breathe much more easily. She explained everything she did in great detail. Plus, Ann gave me suggestions for what for what to do using tools at home. I couldn’t recommend Ann’s work more!

I worked with both Michele and Ariana for my postpartum PT and it was an incredible experience. Their care and expertise is top notch. It is the most effective bodywork I've ever received. I finally feel like I am back in my own body again and so grateful that I took the plunge and got the PT I needed.

I am currently enrolled in the FeminEnergy 10-week course and seeing Michele for personal PT appointments. After 2 weeks my body feels practically new. I can’t wait to see my body transform more in the coming weeks. If you have abdominal pain, bowel issues, gastrointestinal issues, scar tissue, body structure issues, etc you need to see Michelle. I will forever recommend all new moms get physical therapy postpartum. If they are local to Boulder county I will suggest Michele and Align PT as the best physical therapy near me.

I spent 3 months at Pelvic Therapy Specialists. Nobody there did the internal work that Michelle did in the first session. She's doing a fabulous job for me. I believe I won't need surgery after she finishes moving things around and getting rid of bound up fascia. I hope to follow up with more results. After my 2nd visit I am still on 5 stars. Michelle gave me exercises that are strengthening muscles I've never touched before - even in 3 months of work at Pelvic Therapy Specialists in Boulder. I've been going to Michelle for many months now. I am about 80% better!

This review is long overdue. Several years ago I had small bowel obstruction surgery which turned into one month in the hospital with Peritonitis. The trauma surgeon said that I had " the worst infection that he had ever seen". For about 7 months after I got home from the hospital I was living with excruciating pain all throughout my abdomen. I was able to stay up for only about 4 to 5 hours per day. Every doctor whom I went to see said that I should be fine and to just try to relax. Fortunately my dear wife did some research and learned that abdominal surgery, and I had three trips to the O.R., can lead to debilitating internal scar tissue. She also found Align PT and Michele. Michele did 20 hours of, let's just say substantial, PT on me ripping apart my internal adhesions. I could hear and feel them release. After every visit I was wiped out and she seemed to be quite drained as well. By the time that those 20 hours were over Michele had given me back my life. If you have had abdominal surgery and subsequently are living with horrible pain for which your doctor(s) does not have any explanation, do not even hesitate to make an appointment to go see Michele. She will treat you with kindness and great caring, and may just change your life forever. Michele, you are one of the bright lights in my life.

What a gift to have Align PT in the community. As a PT myself, I am very particular as to whose hands I will put my own care into and who I will trust. Michele is a caring, compassionate, thorough and gifted diagnostician and therapist who always looks at and treats the body as a whole. She has created an amazing and healing space with her staff, her programs and her skills. By far the best in town, in my opinion - I'd give 10 stars if I could!
