Align Physical Therapy

My experience with Kristin and Heidi was actually life changing. They are the perfect team to offer support emotionally (and physically of course) and also guide you to break through fears and challenges. I felt completely supported and listened to, and they both have an abundance of knowledge and skills to teach. After breaking my leg in two places, I walked away better than before my injury.

Kristin is amazing! I only wish I'd found her sooner. I've dealt with back and pelvic pain for over 2 years, and after just a few sessions with her my core has strengthened considerably. She's very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions you may have. And I had a lot. She is kind and supportive and not in a fake way. You can tell she actually cares about helping people, which is huge in 2024. She'll also build your confidence, so that you start to believe you can actually accomplish healing. If I had found her a year or two ago, I'd probably not have missed out on so much life!

Five stars is not high enough for the treatment, concern and amazing staff at Align Physical Therapy. The care, love and expertise they showed me was unbelievable. They went above and beyond to assure I was given the best and most thorough treatment. Thank you Kristen and Heidi...I owe you so much!
