I was referred for PT by my Ortho office for nerve pain and numbness in my right leg. Tylor Bene, my PT did an excellent job in relieving pressure and tension in the muscles that were contributing to the nerve impingement, so much so that I'm now free of pain & numbness in that leg. He gave me a series of exercises to do at home between sessions which I know helped shorten the time it took to get so much better. I highly recommend this office, especially if you live near Melbourne Beach as it is so convenient.

I had a “massive” rotator cuff repair requiring 5 anchors and being in a sling for 8 weeks. The surgeon told me it could take up to a year before things would be back to normal. Well, today I am 6 months post-op and I have full range of motion, no pain, am back in the gym, and even have been kayak fishing. I owe much of this success to Tyler and his expertise. He pushed me when I needed it and had me doing the perfect exercises in order to get me back to my active lifestyle. Thanks Tyler and thanks Align Physical Therapy.

My husband and I started PT at the end of June and still are getting treatment for our different issues. We are both completely satisfied with the staff and definitely with Tylor the Physical Therapist. I have hip arthritis and a painful IT band. With Tylor's professional assistance and guidance I am getting better. My husband has a heel/achilles tendon issue that is almost completely resolved. Tylor thank you for everything. Went to the Melbourne Beach location. Having had 6 knee surgeries, back surgery, and major ankle reconstruction through the years I have seen many physical therapist. The receptionist was really a sweetheart always with a smile. My therapist was Tylor Bene and he was beyond marvelous, knowledgeable with a tremendous sense of humor, motivates and pushes you for the purpose of feeling better. I highly recommend the Melbourne Beach facility and Tyle Bene. Best therapists and experience ever!! Thank you.

I began receiving physical therapy from Tylor of Align in early May to help straighten my left pinky following surgery to repair a torn tendon. The tendon tear caused the finger to severely contract and even post surgery, complete straightening was not achieved. Tylor has been masterful in just over two months of twice-weekly therapy sessions, returning the finger to a near-straight position. He combines his PhD education in PT, vast knowledge of sports injuries and the complex connections of muscles, ligaments and tendons to devise customized and novel therapeutic solutions. Tylor's additional "secret sauce" comes from his willingness to perform physically arduous hands-on work during each session. He clearly understands the concept of applying force in different ways to continuously achieve breakthroughs in different sets of ligaments and tendons. He has a gifted knack for explaining his process and describing medically, but in understandable terms, his objective from a therapeutic method. For instance, early on Tylor identified post surgery scar tissue as inhibiting my pinky from getting straight. He embarked on a course over several sessions to break up the scar tissue. The subsequent straightening of the finger resoundingly attests to stellar abilities. A followup appointment with my surgeon one week ago, and measurements showing the finger angle had improved by 80% is testament to the success of Tylor's therapy plan. I have witnessed Tylor work on other patients for rotator cuff, chest and lower body injuries. His dedication, enthusiasm, desire to succeed and empathy for clients is unwavering from one patient to the next. Thus, my five star recommendation for Tylor is solidly locked in at the highest level on the review scale.

Really great facility. Very knowledgeable, kind, and trustworthy. Patrick is awesome. Office needs WiFi so I can more efficiently help Patrick shop for his new Acura MDX.

I had unfortunately reinjured my meniscus tear this past year, after a few visits with Dr. Ryland i was moving around the house more and was actually able to play with my kids for the first time in several months! Highly recommend to anyone including friends and family!
