As an employee at Alhambra Healthcare and Wellness Centre, I frequently hear positive feedback from the families we serve. Many have expressed how impressed they are with the level of care and attention their loved ones receive. They often comment on the welcoming atmosphere, the professionalism of the staff, and how well we address individual needs. It’s fulfilling to work in an environment where the well-being of our patients is clearly a top priority, and it’s great to see that reflected in the families’ satisfaction.

My husband has been here as a long term resident for almost a year. Lately there were a quite few administrative staff changes. Most of staff from top to CNAs are very responsive & friendly, but the weekend service is uneven, it could be improved by staffing with more experienced staff or admin.

Today, I went to visit my mom, the AHWC installed this electronic device for registration, temperature check & phone # for acknowledgement, it was user friendly & painless, this is a great addition, excellent choice, good job AHWC.

I went to tour the facility recently with my parents after my parents' friends said it was a good facility, as we were looking to try and transfer my grandma here if they had space. I met with Jessica, the director of admissions, and she seemed professional at first during the tour. She's mentioned that space can open up but it's not for sure right now, and they don't have any space right now. We told her that's fine if there wasn't space right now but if it does we'd love to transfer her over, and she was open to it. During the tour, I asked to if i could be notified if space does open up, and she said yes. However, when I followed up to just ask to be notified when space is available to transfer through text, she was pretty abrupt in her response and said they won't be able to accept her. She said she's really sorry and wished us the best. I called and left her a message to follow up to try to get some clarification, but she didn't call back or leave a message to clarify. This behavior is very rude. Be wary when you meet with her about anything since she can change her mind about what she says to you.

Very clean, friendly staff, good services, my family is happy with this place. But parking is problem

I cannot say enough good things about this facility and it's staff. My mother in law was here for 31 days. She was there, paid by Medicaid, and I was able to visit almost every day. She is an incredibly difficult person, and the situation of being away from home and her primary doctors made it even worse. Yet, the staff was BEYOND kind, patient and accommodating. They met every demand (and there were new ones daily) with options and solutions. Each nurse did their best to listen to her very long winded ramblings and the doctors were caring and worked with her myriad of health issues and concerns even when she blatantly ignored or disregarded their advice and medical opinions. The facility itself is well lit, spacious, clean, well staffed and, as I mentioned, accommodating to every patient. My ability to call at any hour and stop by unannounced was a great benefit to ease the mind of the family and my MIL. The staff is awesome. I highly recommend Alhambra Healthcare and Wellness.

My daughter worked for them, they treated her poorly and then I did some research. I'd advise anyone to research Brius Healthcare before you decide to work for this organization or put a loved one in this facility. I hope others have a better experience than we did.
