Algone Premier Interventional Pain Clinic Wasilla

Drove all the way from Anchorage to be seen only to be refused because I did not show 30 minutes before my appointment. I think it’s just asinine to make an appointment at a certain time but reality you need to be there 30 minutes sooner too much room for confusion. And then to be turned away after an hour drive is infuriating will not be going back. Will be finding a new Dr, somebody that is a little more realistic and understands our time is just as important as theirs.

Dr. Grissom was the best! Had been with him for almost 20 years. Then comes the new owners. They are paranoid about pain med abuse, in which I don’t deny happens. However, for people like me that need pain management without abusing this is not the place to go. I had a wrong pain med count and had to sign papers on it, which flagged me. The situation was resolved in my favor. However, I was put on a patch that is for abusers. Which did not even help with the pain. I loved and miss Luda. With the owners being MD’s they are over her decisions. So she could not help me with the situation that I had been put in.

Algone used to be an amazing practice, however, since Drs. Grissom & Peterson left the practice, Algone has gone downhill!!! I wouldn’t recommend Algone to anyone!!!

Vince Perino at Algone has changed my life over the past year. He listened and continues to listen to my concerns. He monitors my medication to make sure dependency doesn't become an issue. Having some pain relief has allowed me to lose 100 pounds, start my 2nd career and play outside with my 7 y/o daughter. I would highly recommend Algone(especially Vince) if your in pain and need assistance getting back to the point where you can live life again!

I have never experienced the extremely inflated level of customer service & patient care in my life like I have from this office. Talk about way above and far beyond any reasonable expectations! Tammy went way beyond any thing I could reasonably expect someone to do to get me the answers that I needed. Nicole worked double time to move mountains & took action to solve my issue. I can definitely say without a doubt that if you have the unfortunate need for a pain management team you will be very fortunate if you are a patient here!

Vince Perino is the best provider I've had. He is easy to talk to and answers all my questions. I am 100% happy with their service and highly recommend them to anyone experiencing chronic pain.

I have been going to Algone for several years now and my experience with everyone in the office and my doctor has always been great. It’s probably the first doctors office that I’ve never felt judged in or been treated like a number. At Algone they treat me like a human and the only time I’m not referred to by name is when there is new staff. I truly couldn’t be happier.

I have been going to Algone for over 6 yrs. I have always been treated fairly & never had any issues with the staff being rude either. Dr. Freeman is an amazing doctor & she truly cares for her patients. 💜💚
