if I could give them 100 stars, I would everybody was so wonderful everybody from the front desk people to the therapist. My very best to Carmen, Sierra and Sarah. They were my lifesavers in my physical therapy. I think I’m so so much on the bottom of my heart.

The first round of therapy for my shoulder was excellent. My therapist was well versed and educated. I then left for a steroid injection so the second round of therapy I needed a new assessment and insurance approval. That assessment ended up being a mess. I was not given the strength baring test on my affected arm. I was criticized and questioned why I was there, when I answered her questions she didn't like my responses so I had to figure out what she was wanting to hear and adjust my answers for her. When I told her I was doing good enough to complete exercises at home she said no you can't you need to do more it doesn't get better without exercise. I just didn't connect with the second therapist at all so I didn't go back even though insurance approved it. Not every therapist here acts that way. I had a set of valuable ladies taking care of me the first time. One rotten apple

I’ve been in pelvic physical therapy here off and on for three years or so for pelvic floor dysfunction. The pelvic physical therapists here are outstanding at their job. What makes them stand out to me is that their education didn’t end when they graduated school, they’re constantly looking for new information on alternative treatments. They are respectful and educate you on things to help your condition at home. They’ve set up a pelvic health consortium that integrates doctors with the physical therapists, which helps Patients with long term health issues communicate to get the best treatments. The receptionists are prompt and very friendly. They book out because they are the best in the region, so don’t wait to make your appointment! Edit: I think it’s important to mention the front desk staff who excel at their jobs. Friendly, considerate, the picture of efficiency and multi tasking- handling high volumes of patients in office and on the phone lines. Whoever manages this office does it well. I’ve been here for 10 years now on and off and this has always been consistent with a low rate of staff turnover for anyone considering a positive job atmosphere.

Recently went here about 8 weeks for PT after hip replacement surgery. Everyone was professional and helpful from check in to all of the physical therapists. Dr. Maggie Stanley was especially helpful in helping me make a plan that would prepare me for some extensive travel I had to do after surgery. She gave me guidance for work to do at home and was always encouraging during my sessions. All of the staff here seem to truly care about helping their patients be successful.

I've been in and out of various physical therapy offices since I was young, and this office is honestly the best I've ever gone to. The front staff are super kind and helpful, and remember your name. The therapists (both occupational and physical) are judgement free and very knowledgeable. If you need physical or occupational therapy, this is the place you want to go to.

All therapists are intelligent, caring, and put patients first. You will receive exceptional care, they helped immensely with my chronic back pain.

I went here for several sessions of physical therapy for my shoulder. The therapy was very effective, and I continue to practice the exercises they prescribed for me. The PT and PTA who worked with me were very friendly, courteous, and professional. My only complaint is that some of front desk staff and a few of the other PTAs were sometimes grumpy, which seems to be a theme here in the beautiful Capital District!

The care I received was just excellent. So thankful for the staff and their kindness. I would heartily recommend the Physical Therapy dispensed at this location.
