Worst experience I've ever had! For 5 weeks I was told oh next week I'll coordinate with your doctors about your prescriptions. Finally she told me even though they had a close it's easier if I go over there. I had to pay to set up another appointment with the doctors office. Even called new path several times to let them know the doctor would be calling. They didn't answer the phone calls and still have not called me back once over the past week of leaving voice mails. This place is an unprofessional joke! Do not go here! I promise it will be a waist of time and energy!

One star only because it’s mandatory. Dr Heather Russell is a disappointment to our entire family. Our 38 yr old mentally disabled son is (was) on an unnecessary dosage of Risperdone. I’ve tried repeatedly to contact Dr. Russell over the past month. Finally my son’s only support team (his family) made the decision to reduce and eventually get him off this horrible medication. The entire time trying to simply get her to return a phone call. Extreme unprofessionalism on her part... but this is Alaska and unfortunately she has a monopoly here. We are lucky he won’t need her services any longer!

My son was in need of a neuropsychological evaluation so that we could get him support services. From the first call Dr Russell's staff was welcoming and walked me though the referral process until I understood the steps. It is difficult for my son to open up to people, but Dr. Russell was able to get through to him. I can't say enough good things about her office and how we were treated.

My experience with Ak Psychological Services, was of great importance, to maintaining my medical concerns. I was in need of specific notations. Dr. Russel and associate did a fine job. Exceptionally well, considering the COVID mandates. I incurred no delays and time was kept. If there were a need for a service provider in this field, I would recommend them first.

Got the testing done easily enough but no one from the office will return my call to get the results its been 6 months very frustrating. PLEASE CALL ME
