Dr.Greg and his staff are loving and extremely supportive. My husband and I purchased the health & nutritional package and it has changed our lives. We didn’t have any known health conditions when we started, but Dr Greg found some things that were needed and we are feeling much better. We have learned so much about healthy eating. His assistants and front staff care just as much, are knowledgeable and are always willing to be a listening ear. The prices are super too for natural health. I wouldn’t hesitate to go in for a consult.

Dr. Greg and his staff helped me lose 10 pounds in 6 weeks so far and I feel great. He is knowledgeable and positive throughout all the steps of their nutrition program. It's not based on western medicine, 4 food groups, or the standard American diet. Give AHIC a try and stick with their plan. It's simple and makes sense. The toughest part is weaning off carbs, sugars, and processed foods. These are super-cool, down-to-earth folks who really want to help you be healthy and see you succeed. Dr. Greg was amazing! My daughter has a 7 yr old Tea Cup Chihuahuah who had a inflamed disc as well as upper spinal issue going on. After spending over $800 at the vet with little improvement - one visit to Dr. Greg & he's now all better. He was able to test him for allergies / toxins & we found dairy was causing inflamation in his spine. For the cost of a supplement our little buddy is better. Thank you so much Dr. Greg!!!

I have been coming to Dr Sternquist for over 20yrs, my entire family goes. My children have gone since infancy, now well into their teens that have a great understanding of what choices to make to be at the top of their game! This is a review I placed 6 years ago when I first started seeing Dr. Greg Sternquist. It seems my review was placed on another company. Oops! Before going to Dr. Greg Sternquist I had extreme lower back pain; to the point of not being able to get out of bed, sit or stand without pain. Previously, every M.D. I saw told me I was having back spasms and introduced me to muscle relaxers. While the muscle relaxers did make the pain go away I was unable to function at school and at work forcing me to stop taking the quick "fix". Mind you, I’m only 22 years old and knew I could not live with this back pain forever which was when I was referred to Dr. Sternquist. I wanted answers; I wanted to know why my back hurt so badly and what to do to prevent it! I refused to think I would be stuck on muscle relaxers my entire life. My mother referred me to Dr. Greg Sternquist to get my back adjusted or so I thought. After running a multitude of tests, none of which I’ve had at my “regular” doctor, they asked me to come back the next day to see my results. On return they gave me a personalized nutritional plan because they believed my problems/symptoms were being caused by nutrition alone. Not only was I overwhelmed by the changes they wanted me to make, I was a skeptical. Their initial goal was for my back pain to subside which they believed would if I cut dairy out of my diet. No dairy, that was the goal! The following day, after receiving my nutritional plan my back was in more pain than ever! I was beyond frustrated; exclaiming that I went in to get my back fixed and they did nothing! To be honest, I was desperate, I needed the quick "fix" and because they didn’t give it to me I blamed them. On my 3rd day without dairy my back pain subsided, by the 4th day it was entirely gone, and now 5 weeks into the program I’ve completely forgot what back pain feels like. I would recommend anyone to Dr. Greg Sternquist and his staff. They are amazing people who strive to coach, encourage, and educate their patients. While some of the changes they expect you to make are out of the norm from what we’re used to eating, if you can make the sacrifice of immediate gratification your health will benefit. The care I received from this center is excellent. The staff remembers your name and makes you feel at home. The are really concerned about you and provide plenty of helpful solutions to a variety of health related subjects. I believe anyone entering into this place of business will feel the spirit residing there. Kudos to the Alaska Home Improvement Center.

The staff is amazing. Dr. Greg is very professional, he is very helpful with the health issues that I have. The nutritional testing has been a Godsend. I feel better than I have in years.
