On my first visit Giles listened and noted my concerns. We spent time discussing what type of exercises and treatment would be beneficial. I was thoroughly trained on how to perform the exercises. We went through all of the exercises on the first visit. I was able to follow through all exercises between my first visit and second. My pain decreased and my flexibility increased. On the second visit, we discussed how I felt and then went through all of the exercises. At the end of the next visit, it was determined I probably would not need any further visits, as long as I was willing to continue with all of the exercises and continue a walking program. I was skeptical of the Physical Therapy process, however, I am now a firm believer. I will always support and recommend Physical Therapy.

Sal and the PTAs are amazing! Sal took the time to listen and evaluate my condition and recommended exercises that helped me get better and feel better. The PTAs that I’ve worked with were very helpful and made sure I’m doing my exercises correctly and in a way made me feel challenged at the same time.

I had two sessions with Salvador Saucedo at the Alamogordo location. He helped me get well faster than the Doctor who referred me there thought I would. He worked with me two time a week. The facility was clean and well equipped. I would recommend this center to any one.

Sal, Kelli & Arista were instrumental in teaching me the techniques to get me back to pain free living. They give you homework, pics showing how to properly do the exercises and tools needed to help me achieve my goal. Alamogordo Physical Therapy is the BEST physical therapy center in Alamogordo. They help you get back on your feet & moving again. Thank you, APT!!!

I ended up with a shoulder injury about three years ago, which hindered my ability to do basic tasks. I went to a different PT shortly after the incident which helped for a little while, but the pain returned and was considerably worse not too long ago. I came here and saw Sal, and after just one visit I was completely pain-free and able to function. Sal is very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff at Alamogordo Physical Therapy. They are all bundles of sunshine and are so good at their jobs! After just a few sessions, I felt so comfortable here. I would like to personally thank Zach, Taylor, Alicia, and Mike for all their help! They got me back to 100% while making me feel like family. It’s bittersweet to leave, but I appreciate them all so much.

I've been here twice and feel much better! They are very friendly and professional. My physical therapist is awesome.
