Alabama Pain Physicians - Bessemer

Hello. I wasn't sure what to expect from the Pain center.you know when you're already not feeling your best and you don't wanna have to deal with any more drama. Iwas s0 pleasantly surprised with all the nurses how sweet they were and I want to thank all of you for treating us so nice and Dr.p you were so understanding again I say thank you so much 😊

Staff friendly and professional. My procedure was done professionally and at this time seems to be already helping with my pain. I have a lot of faith in Alabama Pain Physicians. I love the service dogs on Thursdays.

My visit are always Pleasant. This staff is always friendly and I’m always seen in a timely manner.My Doctor always listens to what I have to say and answer all of my questions

It was fine I just don’t see the reason for me to come and tell them where I hurt when I can tell the doctor that and not have to make that 40 mile trip up there unessarly plus it needs to be where you can call the Bessemer office and talk to the doctor

Oh my god! I live in Portland, but I came back home to help with her brain tumor (that killed her 10 months later) until I could get her medical moved with me! Okay, first and foremost how dare they send a person with glioblastoma cancer to this place! You walk in this place and it is packed wall to wall with some that looked like the walking dead (not cause of medical reasons) and other I felt so sorry for! The amount of patients they were moving through that place doesnt signify good patient care it meant zero patient care! The nurses were so rude! Why does it seem like they are daring someone to say something, so they can threaten the pain meds??? These nurses might not came into this job like this but they have morphed into creatures of their enviroment!! To have a happy ending, that was the last time my mom graced those haunted doors and in Portland her new team of doctors made sure she didnt really have to go far outside our neighborhood and eventually hospice took over! Although, she is gone now it haunted me when my google maps history somehow popped this place up and a then I got a bad taste in my mouth! I went with her to pain clinics up here and they were normal doctors offices! She wasnt traumatized after spending time in it! Please convince me this place isnt 100% financially driven after seeing a normal working pain clinic in Oregon! I pray for the legimate patients of this facility!

Very attentive Doctors. Serina Bourassa, CRNP helped remedy issues involving neck and back pain...
