From the time I walked in until the time I left, everyone was alert and professional. Dr. Tracy Garrett is such a sweet lady. Yes, I would recommend this office to family and friends.

Very kind staff, always notified before appointments, everybody was quick to see me in and out, Professional doctors that don't waste your time. Great for people who have a busy schedule. 10/10 Thank you guys.

I had outstanding attention from the entire staff at AL FAMILY MEDICAL today. They are all so friendly and willing to accommodate. My physician, Dr Hur, is very detailed and thorough. I really like both Dr. Hur and the welcoming staff there.

Everyone was very friendly. Dr. Hur took his time to listen to my situation and was obviously very knowledgeable about medical issues and the medication used to manage those challenges. He asked multiple times if he had addressed my needs today which is great to me.

Went w my 83 yr old dad to appt @ AFMC in Sept, 2024. I would’ve rated 5+ stars for nurse Autumn, Dr Hur & lady at check- in desk (who tried to make right a mistake done w scheduling) but too much else was less than expected. This was 2nd time mistake made re: appt time. Would have believed I mixed up the appt time- except that i had been given card w appt date/ time. Also waited 2 hrs to even be seen by a doctor when my dad’s appt was at 8:40am- too early for any medical office to be so backed up that a 2 hr wait is necessary.

First time I’ve been to an appointment where the doctor and nurses seem to care about my health and my pocketbook. They are good people there. What a great surprise!!

Dr. Landham and her staff are amazing from the front desk to the lab and, nursing staff and of course Ms. Joyce! They’re amazing! Bravo Alabama Family Medical !
