ALL the staff members were so kind and pleasant from start to finish!!! Shout out to Irma for AMAZINGGG customer service!! She was patient, knowledgeable, and takes pride in what she does!!! 10/10 definitely recommend :)

4 is the best I can do. Check in was confusing. Go to window #2 first and window #1 second. Didn't make much sense to me. The big thing was the hour plus wait to pee in a cup. That is my company's fault for going with the cheapest bidder. Alabama Comp is a full service provider and does so much more than just random drug screenings. For that reason, many of the 40 or so people in the waiting area required more and longer medical attention. Since they do more, the wait is longer. The receptionist was pleasant and professional and the nurse in the back was the same. So, I have no problem with the staff whatsoever. But, whatever my company saved in the cost of the screening, they more than spent on my hourly wage while being away from my work for 2 hours (travel time, office visit time and return time). Hustle on the easy tests, reduce the wait a little and Alabama Comp gets a 5 with the remainder of the issue falling at the feet of my employer.

While the friendly ladies that check you in were great. I have a bigger problem with the tech Sandra. I informed the intake ladies that I had been up all night since I'm a truck driver and that I was ready to take my drug test ASAP. Sandra felt it to be more convenient for her to skip me and do the next three people on the check-in sheet before me. At this point, it has been 45 min since I checked in and am still waiting. Finally, after she goes to two other rooms, she comes back and rudely says, "There is the cup, halfway, and bring it back to me." Only thing she could say was directives, no personality and no professionalism when I called her out for skipping me. Had to wait a total of 50 min to finally fill the cup for the drug test. Also, the manager was not in for comment, did not answer the phone for the receptionist or my phone call. I will post again IF he calls back....

I had an awesome experience went in for work related labs was out in less than an hour and they had about 8/9 ahead of me the front desk lady was pleasant and the nurse who handled my labs was nice and polite

I've been here multiple times for screenings/physicals, and the staff is nothing but professional. If the staff were rude with you, maybe look at how you approach people.

Really bad attitudes and they are so slow omg I really hate coming to this place. Both the front desk workers and the people that collect the urine have bad attitudes

This place is so slow we in for a drug test they skip all over u an call who they won’t wait time gone be over a hour maybe 2 smh never again

The ladies that work the front desk are absolutely horrible. My wife had to come up here for a physical for work after being recently injured in an auto accident and one of the very rude staff members from the front told me I was not allowed to assist her in filling out her paper work. Let me add that we are legally wed. Replace the staff up front because they will pull this business down. The doctors in the back on the other hand are sweet as can be.
