Rescheduled my daughter’s appointment 3 hours prior to us having to be there, through text. Did not call to consult me on when a good reschedule date would be, just made their own and when I called and asked about it there was “nothing she could do about it”. So it’s a wonderful place to take your child if you like to play games! :)
