Was just seen yesterday and front desk ladies were very nice and helpful in telling me what to forms to complete. I am also extremely happy with how FNP Kimberly A. She’s amazing and so kind. She explained everything very clearly which I truly appreciate.

I was seeing Dr Christensen for work comp. He is a temporarily Doctor there. My experience with him has been horrible. He left my last appointment early (before we were done)saying “I know this isn’t fair but I have a conference call I am leading on marijuana and I can’t be late”. When I was leaving, the handed me the work recommendation that was not complete. I showed the girl at the front desk and she said she would have him correct it. She said I could come pick it up the following day. It was still incomplete based on what he and I spoke about. I scheduled my next appointment, which was today. When I reminded him of all of this he seemed to get annoyed with me. I told him my employer needs more information from him so that I can return to work. I showed him the information still needed on the forms with a copy of the email I received from work stating where they need more clarification. Then he said some not so nice things to me. He completely disregarded what we had been discussing and said to me “I am discharging you from this practice”. There happened to be a lady in the office from corporate visiting today. I asked to speak with her. She spoke with me and let me know this would not be dropped. She said she would take this to corporate and discuss this with them. The ladies at the front desk are wonderful and kind. They are very short staffed in the office and I feel bad for them.

I went to this medworks as I was experiencing flu like symptoms and felt awful. They tested for flu and COVID me, and sent me to get blood work too. Well the tests came back showing I had COVID and the doctor sent my prescription in wrong and called for 2 days into the office but no answers any line and no call back as I felt like death and almost went to the hospital because I couldn’t get my z pak all because the doctor sent in the prescription wrong and then couldn’t even pick up a phone!! What the point of being in healthcare if you don’t care about people especially those in immense discomfort. This place makes me sad and hope it gets taken over by a company that actually wants to help care for people

Med works is the best Urgent Care in this area! Dr. Cordero and his staff are the best!! I wish more clients would share their positive experiences with everyone. Last week I went to medworks to get tested for Covid and to be seen, i was helped in a timely manner by great staff! In 48 hours I got my results and I am positive with Covid and Dr. Cordero immediately ordered me z-pak and prednisone for my pneumonia. My own Dr wont see me! Thank-you med works! As far as Ryan Smith, it's not medworks fault that you did not do your research! Blame yourself not them! Also Deborah everyone knows there is a wait in urgent care! I'm sick of people blaming medworks for work comp issue's! Blame work comp not medworks!

Dont ever go here. I made an appointment 4 weeks in advance and even showed up early yet my appointment is going on almost 2 hour wait. The staff is too busy arguing at the front desk where everyone can hear, I believe it's embarrassing for the patients and for the company. When I was placed in my room I was greeted by a MA by the name of Faviola she was very sweet. Then after she left I sat on the patient bench and saw the needle hazmat box was so overfilled with used needles that people had just been placing then on the top of the container. At this point I wouldn't be surprised if I saw a cockroaches everywhere. This place is such a shame, it shouldn't even be open honestly. The staff is rude and they can't seem to do their job right after that they fight amongst themselves about it. I would like to know who the so called "manager" is who has let this place become a zoo. They should be ashamed.

Very poor service. Waited 50 min before being seen in a completely empty office. Was told I couldn’t go to the back with my husband, and was then completely ignored by staff while waiting. The only reason we stayed, was because Work Comp says he had to be seen here. Seems like they need to work on being personable and making better use of time

I have to go to medworks for a work injury being covered by workers comp. I show up everytime, 15 minutes before my scheduled apt time, only to watch multiple walk ins get seen before me, and end up waiting hours past my scheduled time. I had to plead to receive an MRI of my shoulder, only to be put off for months, the doctor saying, no sorry we need to do physical therapy. months later when I finally get an MRI, I have torn tendons and AC joint. Did more. They have done nothing about it, and continously re schedule me every 2 weeks. They are robbing the state of money and should be sued for malpractice. AVOID MED WORKS IN TEMPLETON AT ALL COST!

Waited 30 min with a bleeding hand in an empty waiting room. Was told it would hopefully be about 15 min, asked after 30 and she said 15 min. I get that it wasnt her fault, the doc was in doing a procedure, but I just needed gravel removed from a bad scrape, they didnt even take me back to wait. I left and went some place different.
