this place always leaves me speechless. bills for care not performed, bills us for the incorrect patients, and often times performs the incorrect tests so we have to send our employees back multiple times. most recently, i was in a roll over vehicle accident at work. my boss called them to ensure we would be okay to be seen. they confirmed that they would be able to see us. after about an hour of speaking to police and arranging for a tow truck, we drove out to Akeso. although an hour had passed, we arrived around 3:00, which we figured was fine since they were open until 5. however, when we arrived, we were very rudely told that even though they are OPEN UNTIL FIVE, they only accept patients until 3, and the woman at the front desk tried to blame it on my boss for not communicating that we would not be teleporting there. so they turned us away after being in a rollover car accident. in a convertible. even though they would be "open" for another two hours. if i could give this place 0 stars i would. they are so careless and do not care about their patients/clients in the slightest.

Unfortunately, this clinic is the only place in the county that offers the services I need, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. After my initial test, I tried multiple times to book a follow-up appointment, but no one ever answered the phone. When I finally had my appointment, I was made to wait 45 minutes past my scheduled time, even though I had already been charged well in advance. To make matters worse, there was no apology for the long wait. This level of service is unacceptable.

We were able to be seen same-day as soon as we had all the right paperwork. Rosendo did a great job getting us in to see the doctor and the doctor did fine referring us to a specialist which we needed. We went early before 8:00 so maybe that helped. Additional waiting space outside.

Horrible place they need to open a new clinic with new people and have a bigger waiting room Every time I’ve been here the waiting room is completely packed and so hot and smells horrible! I waited over an hour and half so far without being seen no one seems to care that I have to be to work

It's so sad that this is the only option in town we have to send our employees to. This office is so disorganized, they never answer their phone, they make our employees wait for hours and give mediocre care. They gave one employee 2 abdominal x-rays when he went in for a hand injury. they thought he was a different patient and did nothing to verify they were radiating the right person! working with them as the only workers comp doctors in our area with our insurance has been a horrible experience for our company and more importantly for our employees.

Worst doctors ever, this place is linked to the corrupt insurance industry. They work for them and will always be on their side. You could be dying and they will try to send you back to work to save the insurance money. A lot of the doctors seeing patients are not even specialists in that area or even family physicians.

Very inefficient I had an appointment and was here early and still was not seen anywhere close to time and the young lady at the counter is rude.

Everyone including the other patients were courteous and nice. The receptionists, doctors and nurses were kind and professional. I enjoyed working with them to properly diagnose my health issue.
