Came in for a physical/TB test and definitely was unhappy with my experience. I came in right when they opened because I had gotten off of work an hr and a half prior (5:30am) and I know I wouldn't have made it in the evening before they closed and as well wanted to avoid the wait. Just to have to wait 2hrs anyways. Even though there was only 3 other people. On top of that, I waited in the room for the Dr to come back into the room for a good 20min to redo my eye exam with my glasses because the nurse who took mine failed to put in my score with my glasses and only put my score without them. The Dr supposedly "went to go talk to the nurse about it and redo the exam" with my glasses. Just to find out 20min later they put my physical on hold because of my eye site, FOR A HOUSEKEEPING JOB. And NOW I gotta take more time and go to the eye drs about it 🙄🙄 It's genuinely ridiculous because they're worried I'll fall down a stair case when it's NEVER been an issue "because of the stair's debth'. I've only had issues seeing far HENCE THE GLASSES

They should update the website to do physical test, I drove around 1:30 hours to be able to do my employment’s test and they just said that they are doing physical tests before 4 pm. But on the website doesn’t say anything about it. It’s disappointing. And the lady at the front desk, completely disrespectful her manner, it looks that she just wants to get out of there.

Wasn't that bad. I had my first physical done there really quickly, and I was told my sugar was a bit high. Thank God, i was told I'm trying to get that fix now. Everyone was friendly to me, no problems at all.

Front desk and nurses were fair, what isn’t fair is the way the doctors or physicians don’t care about their patients by brushing however they feel physically off. They will even smirk at you thinking they have power over you. I was discharged with an open wound that they wouldn’t even let me get out of my mouth before they came back with their remarks to brush what I had just said off. I was seen buy 3 docs/physicians here and had the same type of experience them all, they make anything you have seem less. This last time I was here was the only time I truly tried to say how I felt and was met with attitude, unwillingness to listen, unwillingness to cooperate, and to top it off they discharged me with a wound. Once I started trying to express myself is when I was met with more malice. So much so that the doctor left without saying much after me simply telling him what was wrong. Sucks to have these type of people caring for others, makes healthcare pros look bad especially in Akeso. I’ve never had a bad healthcare experience prior to this. Edit: Forgot to mention I brought the discharge status up to the front desk to take to the doc/physician to review and still sent me back out.

Horrible customer service, takes way too long just for a check in. These people need more help, way under staffed, needs to work on their schedules as well when scheduling for visits

The woman at the front desk with the beady little eyes, poorly smeared on makeup and the most awful blonde dye job I’ve ever seen has to be the most unhelpful human being in healthcare that I have ever had the misfortune to come across. She not only had the most rank attitude but also was being blatantly disrespectful to every person in that room— especially when English was not their first language. To come across that kind of prejudice and lack of empathy in healthcare is astounding.
