Super helpful they took me 15 min before close and I am super thankful. TBH it does take a bit to get called so if you can call a head of time and be ready to wait like 20 - 40 min depending on how busy they are. Overall staff was super nice.

This clinic is one of the was places I ever been, very pore customer service, I came to do a drug test. They told me it would take no more then 20 minutes. I've been sitting here for about 45 minutes. And I told them I have to use the restroom. Still told me to wait another 15 minutes, this is the worst experience I ever had. The receptionist don't even care. These are the type of people they hire. Customer service really sucks!!

Came here for a drug test. I called ahead (5 min hold) and asked if I needed to print my form or was a digital copy okay. Bringing a printed copy was quicker, with slight delay if I had to forward the email attachment from the company. Signed in at 1:12 PM. Was submitting my sample by 2:35 PM and out the door less than 5 minutes later. I had no issues. There were 2-3 other people in the waiting room. Super quick. Not sure why everyone else had such a hard time, according to the other reviews.

Unnecessary wait time for a simple bandage removal, also had an appointment and came early and everyone got helped first that had come after me.... Very unorganized and sloppy , scattered brained workers in that building.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Slow service and incompetent employees. I called ahead to see if it would be an easy and fast process. I was told I would easily be in an out in an hour!

Staff is friendly but I came for a drug test and I waited in the lobby only to find out the person who does the drug testing had just gone out to lunch Like,?? Why not give a heads up I was told the wait was short but that was a lie they should have an extra person doing drug screens.

The wait times are absolutely ridiculous. There are hardly any people waiting in the lobby yet for some reason it takes almost an hour just to be seen for a simple tb and drug test.

Was waiting for my partner to complete their testing when I plainly heard the owner or boss (Don’t know which, but the white man that the employees answered to) talking to a male employee about how easy they would have if they decided to become homeless, as if people choose to become homeless. The white man stated “with the exception of snow, rain, or the fact that they have to put duct tape on their feet, homeless people have it super easy. All they need is like 5 dollars and they can go to AmPm for some food.” To which the male employee responded “yeah and you can just go down to the beach and shower there. Man, no wonder homeless people like the beach.” This display of gross privilege and ignorance was absolutely baffling to hear especially during work hours and in the presence of a client. The lack of professionalism and humanity was disgusting. I hope the white man keeps his word and will begin to maintain a diet of ampm hot dogs.
