Employer for a local maritime company with 72 employees under me. I've noticed a serious downslide in customer service over the past year with this company to the point in which we had to find another clinic entirely. messing up appointments. scheduled appointments for simple tasks taking upwards of 4 hrs. When i confronted them on mistakes they made in service the manager told me "we don't make mistakes" and trying to blame my employees on multiple occasions for not bringing the required material even though I handed it to them in a kit. Most recently they failed a employee physical and referred that he see a specialist and return. mind you the employee was not made aware of his failure until the next day after the physicals were performed and we were contacted stating he passed. upon seeing a specialist and they stated that there was no reason for failure and that he passed that portion perfectly. My company now had to pay for him to see a specialist loss of training loss of production for reasons I cannot understand. terrible record keeping terrible performance and terrible customer service.

Overall positive experience. Kind and professional staff, and was seen by a provider who had a great, relaxed bedside manner. I did wait for over an hour, they are busiest midday/early afternoon.

Receptionist was great and helpful. I gave one star because Dr. Newman was unprofessional and sarcastic related to my injury and made assumptions and comparisons that had nothing to do with my problem. I understand doctors work for the companies, but please be professional and respectful.

The staff seem to be doing their best but if you're unlucky enough to get Dr. Newman prepare to have your time massively wasted by an unprofessional chuckle prone soon to be retiree who would rather waste your appointment time with his own anecdotes and complaints.

Arrived on time (read: early) for my appointment and waited an 1hr 50min to be seen. What is the point of making an appointment if you're required to wait almost two hours to be seen? Adding to this, there was a ridiculously loud movie playing in the waiting room the entire time, making the wait nearly unbearable. Can keep the 1 star because doctor was at least apologetic about the wait time and the guy doing the TB test had the touch of a spring butterfly. P.S. Please consider some ambient music for the waiting room as well as actually enforcing the no cell phone policy.

Waiting is beyond ridiculous, we arrived on time to our appointment and we were there for 4 hours. dislike this place

My boyfriend and i waited here for 2 hours before getting called other people that came after us for the the same reason went first had to ask them how much longer and still waited 30 more minutes the wait time is crazy even with appointment.

If I could give one star I could staff absolutely rude not all of them female dr super rude got mad at the assistant for giving me a wheel chair even though I could barely walk
