Akeso Occupational Health Chula Vista

Everyone was nice except the medical assistant with the green jacket. She was rude, vague, and snappy. The office was shared (which I don’t think should be done for medical spaces in the first place) and a male staff member came in humming and whispering “world star” under his breath. Unprofessional and weird. Only other thing was that they had an aggressive LAPD drama show on in the lobby that had a lot of screaming, put on some jeopardy.

Well a few months ago I had PT here and it all went smoothly. Now I'm calling just to get some simple information and after having me on hold for a while, they HUNG UP. Kept calling a few times but now their lines are unavailable. Guess I'll have to make a physical visit just to get some dates.

Was supported prior to walking in, upon walk in I was known by name and helped in a quick and efficient manner. Professional and speedy. Apparent clean office as well. Thank you so much for your time.

The employees were welcoming. After retrieving my information they started speaking Spanish which I feel should not be done when you have clients of different nationalities in the building.

Very nice place to go for physicals and any other needs available. Friendly staff, great ambiance and quick service.

Pros: Friendly, helpful staff. Cons: Exceedingly long wait time for routine activities.

Walk in drug screen for new job…Process was quick & easy. Service & staff were efficient.
