Dr Smuts is great! She has helped me tremendously with my shoulder. Very personable, takes time to listen, and develops an exercise plan for your individual needs. I have highly recommended her to many of my friends and family.

Dr. Smuts is THE BEST! I had a crazy bad issue with my neck and she listened to my issue, gave great advice on home care and worked out some serious knots in my neck and shoulder. I was back to new in 3 visits! She is very easy to talk to and takes an interest in your life. Would HIGHLY recommended her to anyone dealing with pain issues.

I was referred to see Dr. Smuts at Airrosti by my PCP because of a pinched nerve/muscle spasms in my upper back/shoulder area. I was in quite a lot of pain prior to my first visit and had been unable to sleep through the night, or even sleep in my own bed. After seeing Dr. Smuts for the first visit, I was able to do both! Dr. Smuts did a wonderful job working out my issues and I was able to discontinue treatment after only three sessions. I am grateful for the referral and for the treatment I received! Fantastic experience! I had been experiencing heel pain for several months and wanted to try a more natural method of treatment before resorting to traditional medicine. After one visit I was able to run again pain free and after two, I’m as good as new. The explanations and exercises were easy and informative.

Dr Medina saved my life! I had swelling and pain on the left side of my neck and headaches. I was even admitted to the hospital bc the swelling was so great.
