Today is October 24, 2024. I had an appointment scheduled for 10:00 am EST. I arrived at 9:30 am to find the building dark, with all doors locked. I attempted to reach both the Litchfield and Radcliff offices, but received no answer. For an establishment that claims to care about others, this lack of communication is extremely disappointing. There was no notification that my appointment had been canceled.

I see Candy in the munfordville location. she is the best therapist. she's conscious and listens but not in a shadowing type of way. she has a conversation with you and has a humanity about herself that makes it easy to talk. I see her weekly and it is the best decision I've ever made. she lets me be myself and it is comforting. I am able to let down my walls and talk freely. 5 out of 5, I recommend her to everyone I know!

The 5 stars are ONLY for Hope Shelburne & Bridgett Duvall. They are 2 of the BEST (and only) employees at this company that I like! Hope has been my PSS for a forever now and without her, I’m not sure what I’d do. She busts her butt every day, strives to make a difference in the lives of her clients and goes ABOVE and beyond her “job” Bridgett is the KINDEST woman on the planet. She has helped my daughter in more ways than I can describe. She’s seen a couple different therapists before but Bridgett is by far the BEST there is. She just gets my daughter and my daughter loves her endlessly.

If I could give this place no stars I would. They do not care about patients time. A complete waste of my time and hope for getting help. This is for the Radcliff office. Maybe the other locations are fine. If you're desperate for mental health help they make it seem like they're ready and willing to help and just leave you hanging.

So I was a patient at this facility before I went to work for them. I can say with 100% certainty that everyone who works here loves and cares for their clients deeply. I wasn't able to stick to therapy before coming here. My therapist, Chris Meredith, changed my life for the better. My ex husband and I also went to coparenting therapy and our daughter now sees Hannah so my whole family has been involved and none of us have any complaints! We only have good things to say. Everyone here is absolutely amazing and I'm blessed to have met them!

I have adopted children that have suffered a lot of trauma. We moved to the area and I had two of my kids seeing a therapist here. One of them would only be back with the therapist 15 mins. because she said he wouldn’t engage in conversation with her. He was 7. I asked the front office if I could get him a different therapist and they had the same one speak with me about why I wanted a new one. she said she would try to engage him more which happened one time after. Then one of my other kids started therapy and had the same therapist. She wouldn’t answer the survey questions about her sessions truthfully because she said the therapist would see it. She told me during sessions her therapist was on her cell phone a lot. At the next appt after my child told me this the therapist told my husband she was leaving the next week. Problem solved right? Nope! I didn’t hear from anyone to see who was taking on her patients so after two weeks I called the office. I was told a therapist named **** would probably be seeing them. I asked a few questions and the person couldn’t help so I asked if I could speak with a manger. When the lady came back on the phone she said “she is busy but said you can email her your concerns.” I said, “I am sorry I’m not doing that. I would prefer a phone call back when she has time.” I totally get she was busy at that time and have no problem getting a call back later or the next day. I never heard back. I even asked a different office that is affiliated with them to intervene to please have the manager call me. Which I know they did twice. It has been over a month and nothing! I don’t see the sense in emailing concerns, her responding back, and then if I have a question from that etc… why not call back to hear and address my concerns and questions? In my opinion, bad communication, poor management and would not recommend.

During my visits I didn’t feel comfortable, although it’s court appointed and I will never have to see this therapist again it was just a bad experience for me. If the client isn’t on their phones shouldn’t the therapist show the same respect or be excused to call/text. It’s like you know when someone loves what they do, compared to the ones who doesn’t.

I honestly cannot say how much I appreciate this place. Not even just as a worker but as a client as well. My therapist had helped me in various ways. The med office staff is spectacular. Thank you AIM wellness staff for all you have done for me over the past two years!
