I have frozen shoulders and a funky neck. They are the best on multiple levels. They work me the whole hour nonstop. They really do want to see you get better and I already have positive results. Plus they handled my insurance without issues which is a great for one's peace of mind. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and effective. I am really happy here.

Eric runs an amazing facility: he and his team are competent, knowledgable and easy to talk to & work with. Eric himself has a vast reserve of knowledge about applying all aspects of PT to a great variety of problems. He keeps a watchful eye out for all patients, no matter who one is working with at the moment. I recommend APT highly. Three visits made a world of difference. Each team member at Ahwatukee Physical Therapy that I had a chance to work with was pleasant, caring, and most of all helpful. I had improvement with my hand issue by the time each visit was completed, and learned easy exercises to help improve on my own. Hoping I do not have a need again for something like this, but if I do, they will be getting my call for assistance.

My experience with Ahwatukee Physical Therapy spans over a decade which includes various sports injuries, and currently a debilitating inflammatory condition in my joint. When I go to a PT office, I expect the therapist to listen to my concerns and provide a thorough diagnosis of my condition - and this is exactly what Eric does. I know that when I go to APT, Eric and his team create a treatment plan utilizing various modalities (manipulation, dry needling, cupping, etc.) and exercise plan for my condition to get me back to my active lifestyle. I also expect PT offices to have impeccable customer service - I've never had to wait to be seen, questions about billing is always responded to in a timely manner and the team is always friendly. I will always choose Eric and his team over other "chain" or corporate PT office. The difference is the knowledge, care and the empathy they have for their patients.
