Excellent, caring therapist and receptionist. Everything runs smoothly and on time. My conditions have improved greatly.

At my first appt. the therapist said"come in" but disappeared leaving me not knowing where to go. A professional greeting and guidance to the exam room would have been appreciated. On a subsequent appt. I had to ask for a clean wipe for equipt. Which was limited to one container far away and buried in a clutter. I never saw equipt. wiped down nor was I asked to do so. I thought the therapy itself was ok but given without enthusiasm. I'll go elsewhere.
