Just got done with a five month rehab stint for shoulder surgery and the attention I received help me recover quite a bit of mobility and pain relief. The light hearted atmosphere makes the patients comfortable and relieves stress, but they still work you hard enough to help you. Thanks Kate and students Abby and Sean. I appreciate everything you did and I hope I never have to see you again :)

Kate is an excellent physical therapist. She listens well, and readily answers questions related to the treatment. For the first time in years I can make a fist with my right hand without the arthritis pain preventing it.

My experience at the facility was great, but I am not pleased that I keep getting claim denials from BC/BS. Were your billing folks sending claims there? They knew that my insurance at the time was Medicare, and no longer BC/BS. I DO get EOMB forms indicating payments made to Agility by Medicare and Cigna, my supplement, so apparently they did bill Medicare. But why is BC/BS sending claim denials for services from Agility?? The staff and facilities at Agility are great! Everything is clean and Covid protocols are followed. Everyone there from the front desk to all of the staff was pleasant, helpful, and friendly. Most of my time was with Tino, but all of the folks there were helpful and thoughtful in their approach to helping me. The guidance for the exercises was detailed with just enough push to finish. After my time there, my neck issues have been improved.

I recommend this business, and specifically this location, to anyone and everyone that needs great PT care. I have been returning to this facility over the past 15 years every time I have a physical therapy need. The current staff has helped me rehab my shoulder after a major trauma surgery, and I would not have gone anywhere else!

Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, kind and I am totally satisfied. I have learned a lot about taking care of myself and the sciatica that I was experiencing is now gone, hopefully not to return. I will continue the exercises that I have learned to maintain my comfort

Lovely, knowledgeable folks. Clean, organized place and a cheerful, encouraging vibe. I’ve never done PT elsewhere, but friends have told me that most outfits are not this nice. I’ve recommended Agility to several irl acquaintances already.
