Shout out to Pam Conlon-Sandhu @ Agility Health. Pam is very compassionate and cares deeply for the clients in her care. Personally, she was able to give me some much-needed advice earlier this year with health issues within my own family. I have recommended her to some very close friends, because I know she "cares". Know that if Pam is caring for you or your family you are in the best of hands.

A mixed experience. 1) it was never clear who we should be dealing with: someone from Agility or someone from Honor. Figuring that out shouldn't be the responsibility of the client, 2) we ended up needing only 2 weeks of support and most of the PT visits spent more time on administrative matters than substance. Only one visit was all substance and excellent, 3) we requested OT help for lymphodema - the OT person had no knowledge of that, 4) on a positive note the home care aid, Jackie was outstanding, 5) we needed help with home care while doing CAR-T Cell Therapy. That made things very challenging for you. We couldn't predict ahead of time how long and when the care would be needed and our daily schedule was constantly changing. For example we needed to go to the clinic frequently for lab draws and at one point did not what what days this would be for the next two weeks until the last minute. It was impossible to predict at the outset what days and how many hours ahead of time. We greatly appreciate your flexibility in dealing with this and appreciate how challenging it was for you.

I've worked with Agility Health with two of my elderly clients for several years. They are caring, responsive and knowledgeable. I can't recommend them highly enough. Pam, Kylie and Ashley are a great team!

I was very pleased with the physical theraphy sessions given my Aunt Yuki at the Demanik's Home Care by Guy Watase. Unfortunately she had lost 9 days of PT from the time of her discharge from the San Bruno Skilled Nursing Facility, due to United Health Care determining she should be under hospice care. The people at Agility Health have been supportive and very healthful.

Pam Conlon was most professional and also most kind to my mom. Pam went out of her way to honor my mom’s wishes for her end of life and experience. I’m grateful for Pam’s support through the process of losing my mom.

Pam Conlon-Sandhu really cares for the needs of her clients. They provide the best care and are very careful to ensure the safety of their patients.
