I highly recommend Agile Physical Therapy. My experience there was truly amazing. Carrie Lee, the physiotherapist, was not only wonderful and very helpful, but her techniques were incredibly effective. Thanks to her expertise, I noticed a significant improvement in my injured feet.

I was referred to Agile PT by my Stanford Sports Medicine Doctor. Setting up the first session was done professionally and quickly (I was about to travel) and the team (Saunders) was responsive and flexible so I could have several sessions. PT Katy is a magician IMHO. She zoned into the issue, tried many things and narrowed down the exercises and suggestions that literally changed my locomotion. After just 3 weeks, I feel better already - but more importantly I have learned to undo my bad habits and improve my gait. Hopefully this sets me up for another 20k miles of hiking and walking. Can't recommend Agile PT SF more.

Agile PT has been terrific! I had an ACL rupture and MCL tear in my knee - and Katy Chee has been brilliant in helping me regain my full range of motion and strengthen my leg to prepare for ACL reconstruction surgery. She is very well connected with and respected by multiple orthopedic surgeons in San Francisco (the surgeons ask for her inputs and guidance with my progress based on my treatments to help make decisions on surgery). She is extremely progressional and really good at what she does - and has helped get excellent results. Agile PT has also been really helpful and flexible with timing of appointments to meet my schedule needs. I would recommend Agile PT in general and Katy Chee in particular.

I've had a wonderful experience with Agile Physical Therapy! The exercises they recommended for my lower back issues have made a significant difference. I'm already feeling better, and I'm optimistic about returning to normal running soon.

Agile Physical Therapy is like no other--and, in my 80 years, I've had many physical therapy experiences. At Agile Physical Therapy, my therapist stays with me throughout my appointment (doesn't turn me over to an assistant or direct me to a bicycle or a treadmill or have me do independently the exercises I could do at home). She asks questions, experiments with various exercises and strategies (observing, asking for my input, and adjusting as needed), and gives me homework specific to me (doesn't just print off the standard exercise instructions). When my doctor suggested physical therapy, I said "no, it's usually a waste of time." My cotor assured me that that would not be the case at Agile. She was right!

The staff is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They take the time to understand what issues you have and come up with a solid and reasonable plan tailored to your needs. Carrie Lee is my therapist, and I feel very confidant in carries abilities, which of course is something that is important when you are trying to heal your body, and you are relying on the therapist to get you back on your feet. This is the second time I have had the need of this office in the last 3 years, and I am completely satisfied with the results.

Carry Lee's expertise, support, and awesome yoga-mat-side manner are everything one could want in a physical therapist. My recovery from two full hip replacements, and regaining years of lost mobility, have been attributable as much to Carry as to the doctor who performed the surgeries. 5 Stars! Would go through 6 months of surgery recoveries with Carry again!

I went to Agile Physical Therapy 3 weeks after being hit by a car which limited the motion of using my back muscles and the physical therapist who saw me Katy Chee was amazing. It was a hands on experience. Katy went above and beyond what I was expecting. She is a well trained physical therapist who will get you up and moving again in no time. I recommend Agile Physical Therapy at 2191 Market Street in San Francisco to anyone who is in need of physical therapy work and I recommend seeing Katy Chee.
