I had been here before when the place was under pinnacle healthcare but I saw they under a new company named agile. I got my tb test done for work last for that cost around $25 I go again and it’s $55 now??? That’s ridiculous I went to cvs.

Went to get a required test done for my job. Very expensive, did not explain requirements, returned on the day they said to return and they turned me away saying I was 1hr 50 mins late and wanted me to repay for the exact same test.

Don't bother making an appointment, they'll get to you when they get to you... Update: So they replied to my review as you can see stating "A clinic manager will be reaching out to you in the next two days so we can discuss your experience further." Yeah, that never happened so don't be fooled that their response indicates that it was a rare isolated incident. Historical this place is packed at least every time I've been in there (three times) and I've always had to wait an extended period of time despite having an appointment. Typical medical industry standards, profits over people...

I usually come here for my CDL/registration/medical documentation and all. This year I noticed they seem to be under a new company, no worries. They provide the same great customer service with a helpful front desk staff, as well as the other staff. The new doctors were/are more sticklers with the documentations; which is fine but I had to come back more than once to try to get things right. It was like pulling teeth, trying to get this person to understand not everyone's medical/job issues are written in stone. I'll have to return in 6 months to redo things but yeah. 4 stars for customer service; 3 stars for the non-budging on the issue at hand.

Keeping one star because their facilities seemed clean and well maintained. The NP was very professional and polite. So an easy second star for her professionalism. Cost, even out of pocket was acceptable. Not cheap, not overly expensive. They did credit me a portion of the initial charge because audio wasn't needed. 3 stars. Timing was horrible. Appointment at 930 am for routine physical. Showed up 20 minutes early at 910. Filled out required paperwork by 925. Wasn't called back until after 10, and sat in room for 30 minutes waiting on doctor or NP for physical. After 30 minutes a medical assistant came in to ask for additional information on a form. It is now an hour past my appointment time. I did not end up leaving the facility until after 1100. If I was on the clock and getting the appointment paid for by a company I probably wouldn't care. Not the best facility for personal medical care though.

Just spent an hour in line to get a Covid test done, only to be told that I had to pay $75. According to their website, they will bill the insurance whether you do the drive-up or get an appointment. The nurse told me that the only time they bill insurance is if I make an appointment and actually see the doctor. I am super disappointed as i have been exposed to someone that is positive and I have an immunocompromised wife at home. The earliest I can get an appointment is almost a week away. Call and ask questions before going here.

Did the video conference then had a covid test same day (within 1/2 hour). It all went smoothly. The doctor seemed quite knowledgeable. Would certainly use them again. Update: Even though I am on Medicare, Pinnacle is still trying to charge me for the covid test. I called Medicare and they said they are not supposed to be charging me anything and not to pay the bill. It sounds like Pinnacle is doing a money grab!!

UPDATE: The office manager came out to speak with us & explain the challenges the clinic is facing with COVID testing. Thank you very much for taking the extra time! Revised the star count. Despite posted hours stating they open at 8 AM, drive-through COVID testing doesn't begin until 9 AM. Would have been nice to know that so the 5 cars sitting out here wouldn't have wasted an hour!
