Dr. Matthews, your compassion and respectful approach are truly commendable. Unlike many physicians, you are never condescending, and for that, I am incredibly grateful. You listened to my concerns with empathy and understood the extent of my pain, which I’ve been dealing with in my back and neck for so long. Your ability to genuinely hear your patients makes all the difference in the world. Despite living quite a distance from your location in Wilmington, I continue to make the drive because of the exceptional customer service provided by your team. This level of care and dedication is a shining example of outstanding customer service.
